The take out process does not work. At 4:30 I placed an online order for a 7:30 pickup. Three times the site said that it couldn't process my order. I then called. The initial message said to place the order online, which I couldn't. I then talked to a person and placed the order for a 7:30 pickup. I made sure that they understood that by repeating it back to me. At 7:30 I arrived and my food was waiting. On the drive home I noticed that the ticket stapled to the bag said 5:30. When I got home, you could tell that the food had been sitting in a warmer for several hours. The vegetables were soggy and soft and disappointing. Nothing tasted fresh.
I haven't been to P.F. Chang's in many years. A small group of us went to get dinner. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant but everything took an unreasonably excessive amount of time. The service was OK, the server was nice but forgot multiple request. She spent a lot of time chatting with others.By the time we got our dinner, the food was cold and was not worth the almost $20 a plate. We spent almost $200 for dinner, for food you could have bought at a Chinese Buffet for much less. We probably will not go back there again.
We were given a booth on request. The wait staff were very attentive and kind. We really loved the lettuce wraps and the entrees were very good.
Great place for a semi quiet place that you can actually have a conversation with a group of friends. Food was very good, everyone in the group enjoyed their food.
Our server, Maddie, did a great job and was attentive, friendly, and anticipated our needs. I'd ask for her to be our server if possible.
Our table of 12 was high maintenance, but our waitress handled us well. ? Food was consistent and good from what we'd experienced previously. Mongolian beef is always such a treat! Great to make advance reservations that we could count on.
The food was good but I have had better at previous times but the service was just ok.
Terrible service with only several tables full. No happy anymore.
The rib is so tender and flavorful. The fried rice soup noodles are too sour for me but still flavorful with herb. It’s. More like Singapore style? Maybe
I’ve always had good experiences at P.F. Chang’s, until tonight. Service was seriously lacking, food was at-best warm, and nothing was exceptional or up to standards. Very disappointing.
