Amanda and Cheryl are just amazing! Friendly and down to earth people that offer great conversation and delicious drinks, whether that is a energy tea or a meal replacement shake. I’ve been to a few of these places around town but I have no need anymore as this is my go-to spot now. You definitely won’t regret stopping in!
Wish this idaho company was better. Kids yelling and screaming behind the counter licking the blenders. Smashing plastic cups taped together with chocolate inside. The owner the needs a daycare warning on the door. My shake was supposed to have berries in it of any kind and she just gave me a banana shake. She thought I would not notice. Worst experience I have had in a long time ?
This shop is an herbalife front. Not only is herbalife a pyramid scheme but these drinks are not FDA approved and are currently settling a BILLION DOLLAR lawsuit for damages to people who have consumed these products. There is also a 200 MILLION dollar lawsuit for unfair business practices.
Love the shakes and clean energy drinks here, I love the happy energy the owners bring to our town!
Great tasty shakes and teas! My daughter loves the banana cream pie shake and I’m obsessed with the sour gummy tea bomb!

First time customer and I loved it! Always looking to find creative (and yummy) ways to pack healthy protein into my busy boys. The knowledgeable staff happily went over different menu items, explained the benefits of each, and made us a delicious custom blend. Little out of the way, but this busy mom highly recommends for an on the go pick me up!
I traveled through many states and tried multiple shops..... this is THE BEST by far!!! I am all the way from Oklahoma. When I come back to visit, it is definitely my stopping place! Amazing tea and awesome service!

I went to Mixed Up Nutrition for a meeting in their meeting room. While there I ordered a Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shake. It was delicious. While I was in the meeting Tori brought in our drinks. Thanks for the great service and a place to meet for our group. I highly recommend both the drinks and the meeting room. Take time out of your day and stop in to support this fantastic business!
