Beautiful bar! Excellent service! Love that they have another happy hour at 10pm! Had fish tacos. So scrumptous and melts in your mouth. Reasonably priced especially at happy hour!
Our favorite happy hour restaurant was closed, being a saturday. Someone suggested the Matador, and i am sorry i haven't tried this one before....WOW, the blood orange margarita, was a hit, had two!! the chips and salsa , that come free...are to die for. We split a plate of tacos, trying all the flavors and the guac, as well...Too bad for our favorite restaurant, we will be at the Matador from now on. Totally impressed!!
Great service, beautifully decorated, and wonderful food and drinks! Pictured are the grilled jalapenos, kid's cheese quesadilla, beef taco, and brussel sprouts. Also had the queso, wild mushroom skillet, paella, taco soup, and many margaritas. EVERYTHING was delicious!
I have food allergies, they said they could accommodate. I wanted the 3 simple street tacos for $7.50, all their meat is preseasoned so they told me for a little extra they could use a better meat they isn’t preseasoned. Ok, I understand that. I get my tacos and there are only two (no sides which is fine, I couldn’t eat them with my allergies and only wanted the street tacos) so I figured that is how they make up the price difference for the meat substitute, even though I ordered 3. Then I get my bill, $17.50!!!!! They charged me a full meal price with no warning that ‘a little extra’ meant 2 not 3 street tacos and I’d be paying $9.00 per taco!!!! At that price I expected more than 3 maybe 4 small strips of meat. They are not $9.00 a piece street tacos worthy! So very disappointed, I will not be back. Food allergy friend, Be aware of price gouging.

Terrible cold food. Sent it back and no one cared. The waiter took so long to check on us that everyone was done and I didn't even eat. They charged us 300 for meat in the enchiladas and didn't even tell us it cost more! Charged us for a soda and we only had water. They fixed that. Never ever will I go back.
Best fish tacos I’ve ever had! And I’ve had a ton of fish tacos. The flavors make my mouth water just thinking about them! The textures are amazing with a good amount of crunch, soft, and sauce. My husband got the two enchilada dish where 1 was spicy and 1 was not. He said the spicy one was the best enchilada he’s ever had. And trust me when I say he’s had a LOT! My young kids loved the calamari as well. We will be back!
YUMMMM They have the best food and the atmosphere it superb.The location is in the heart of the city do close to the State Capitol.There's outdoor seating as well.
My niece had shown me this wonderful restaurant while up for a concert. Have a gnarly case of gout so I had the chicken fajitas and damn I was surprised on the amazing flavor. Typically fajitas tend to be the same at most places however the flavor here set it apart from most of the other Mexican restaurants. The atmosphere is beautiful and the drinks were the bomb.
