After 1 hour they finally came to change the grill. Ordered dumplings never arrived. Shrimp was not properly deveined manager touched me in the back multiple times. First time I ever had this experience here. Staff was rude when the two people with me asked for menus. We're here for a birthday party on July 16 2022 at 18:20. Completely baffled at the reaction of the staff. Have never experienced this in a restaurant before. Very disappointed
The restaurant was clean and spacious. They have so much on the menu to choose from! The menu is legit! It has photos of each dish so you get to visualize what you're ordering. They have a clean well kept koi pond inside. Good customer service. Also had a working robot bringing out some stuff to your table. That was fun too. We got the all you can eat option and grilled our meat. Loved all the side dishes that it came with. We will definitely return and bring our family and friends!
We had 8 people in our group and it was super fun. The food was good, but I wish the meat had more seasoning. The waitress checked in on us at the right times, was fast to get more food, and overall very helpful. We had 3 kids with us and they enjoyed a new experience.

Why this place isn't packed is beyond me. They have a coy pond and a food delivering robot. Food is very delicious too.
First time at a place like this. Luckily I was with Family that knew what was going on. The place wasn't very busy it seemed like. The wait staff seemed a little absent, but that's because the have a cool little robot deliver most of your things to the table. The staff was very nice though and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was delicious! Even the other family agreed (they have authentic Koren often). I will definitely be going back. I will say if you're looking for "more sauce" this isn't the place for you. It doesn't need it go somewhere else.

We came in for lunch on Tuesday, December 21st. The waiter in there was super nice and helpful! Sorry we didn’t catch your name!. Food was super yummy! Our favorite was the garlic chicken! The pork belly was also super yummy, just don’t forget to add salt and pepper! Definitely recommend! (also the robot is super cool)
