The only reason this doesn’t have 1 star is because the food genuinely is delicious. However, the prices are way too high for what you get ($10-12, plus $4 for gluten free noodles… ridiculous!), they charge for water cups, the restaurant itself is sporadically closed, they do not answer their phone, and the staff was short and rude with us.Again, delicious food but not worth coming here again.
We had a food truck cancel on us last minute (9pm the night before) for our large charity event. We reached out to Mad Mac the day of and, like any great Idaho business, they came through in a big way. Thank you, Mad Mac! Looking forward to trying your food tonight and I will update my review to let everyone know more about your gourmet macaroni.

First time there last night, took the whole family. What a amazing place. Awesome staff and amazing food ?
So, just went and had Mad Mac with my husband. I got the pulled pork and he got the cheeseburger. They were both alright; my husband's bowl had a thick layer of hamburger grease at the bottom, which was kinda surprising to see. Mine was alright, it's nothing to write home about. Would I recommend it? Yeah, maybe. It's a pretty solid middle of the road joint. I've had worse, and I've had better.
I can't believe no one has raved about how delicious the chocolate cake is here! It is amazing, my peeps that don't even like cake crave this chocolate goodness.
The Mad Mac and Hot Dog Mac are absolutely delicious!! Worth every penny!
We go out of our way to get food from here as much as we can. Super tasty in big portions. Their drinks are just as good as the Mac too!
Although the food is great, their lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to correct mistakes like changing orders and shorting orders makes them no longer worth my time or money.
