**** PLEASE NOTE ****This location is drive-thru only! They shut down their dine-in service during COVID and have not opened it back up. Their windows are covered with black paper so you cannot see in. Also - They state 24 hour service but that can be spotty. I work near and can see the drive-through and many times in the morning they are not open yet.
MUST GO!! Oh my word, this is amazing authentic Mexican food ? You have to try it - they make their own tortillas!They’re conveniently located off of State State, and wow - food is very great.Everyone who tries them loves them; We’ve been going there for many years. When you come here don't spect to be at a fancy Taco Shop with about 10 items at silly-high prices. Prices at Los Betos are very reasonable. Drive-thru only at this time. Martin at the whole team are AWESOME. I Highly recommend this place?????
Honestly i love Los Beto’s they be my favorite place to get my Con Asada fries but this location was my worst experience with this company. Employees are rude as hell! My food was definitely not fresh nor right. They literally got my whole order wrong!!!!! I made sure it was said very clear but they still got it completely wrong. She tired to tell us our order like if it was her order it’s not our fault she heard us wrong! I hope management take a closer look at this location because they ain’t doing their job right. I work in fast food so i know it’s not easy and can be overwhelming but if you can’t handle don’t work in it. I don’t pay money for food for it to be wrong and not even fresh nor have the employee be rude to me. Waited 30 mins for my food to be remade and it still wasn’t fresh!!! Never coming back to this location!
First of all I wanna say that the lady working the drive Thur window is always rude and has a attitude when I come there! And I ordered Ogden fries and she gave me carne asada fries instead and had a attitude when I told her she gave me the wrong order! Please just go to the Fairview location better customer no attitudes and your food will be made right!!!!
Amazing food and really nice customer service. Only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because the cheese isn't always completely melted and that's really all. Always has really good food otherwise!
24 hours a day you can get tasty Mexican food on the go, at a decent price. It's a great option for late nights!
Was enjoying my food till I saw a small shiny thing in my beans, pulled it out and it was a small piece of metal, just a heads up for you guys. Food was great tho
Apparantly this location needs to update it's hours on Google and on their sign out front of their business. Twice now my kids and I have gone here for food at around midnight. Lights were on...but they were closed. Never going here again! (I wouldn't have even given 1 star if that would have been an option)
Amazing as usual. This location is fast and easy to get to. Great food, for the BEST prices. The carnitas burrito is stellar!
I like the food but all locations seem to have the dining room closed. They blame Covid but restaurants everywhere have their dining rooms open. Maybe they just don’t want to pay people to work the counter. I want to come in, sit down and eat!!
