The employees were super nice and the food was made right and amazing the chicken was perfect

Tomato on the burger was either old or it had been frozen and thawed. Not a great experience. The root beer was great though.
Just awful they completely forgot to put my dinner in the bag. I hate this restaurant with a passion it is always something. The biscuits were hard as hockey pucks we ordered the 30 peice chicken bucket and they totally forgot to put in the 8 count of strips we ordered so I had no chicken to eat they told us everything was in the bag they weren't busy at all so they had no excuse as to why I didn't get what we paid for. I am furious with this establishment
Chicken was not up to my expectations. Ordered Xtra crispy and got what looked and tasted like (texture wise) original recipe.qusrioed them about it and they insisted that it was Xtra crispy but oi hadn't turned out right. Had A & W root beer which was just as good as when I was a child.
The person at the window was very rude. And 30 minute wait for the original recipe chicken. Was overcharged by $3.00.
Marked only 2 stars because the completely messed up my order. Will update if they honor their word and give me a replacement. Other than that food was hot and fresh.
Gentleman working the window was INCREDIBLE! I never expect such amazing and humorous service at a fast food restaurant. We will definitely go out of our way to come more often.
Ordered the 8 piece bucket(2each breast, wing, thigh and drumsticks) 33.00 and ended up with 5 legs and 5 thighs to top it off most was rare (not ok with chicken). I totally understand being short handed but take each order at a time and do it right
They didn't have any dark meat ready, but told me it would be ready very soon so I bought into it. They brought it out to the car with apology.Only reason to knock down to 4 star is poor planning by management. The chicken was the best we ever had. Humm... maybe fresh cooked and not selected out from under the lights.
