Chicken tenders were super small and basically like $2 a piece hella expensive plus tasted old like deep fried 30 minutes ago. Fries were fresh and alright. Didnt come with any honey for the biskit.Guy taking our order at the drive through was super rude. Guy at window was just a freaken zombie just kept repeating how much i owed him. Super depressing place. Yet i guess what do you expect from a place next to a good will and a walmart. Poor choices were made because i was hungry. Prefer popeyes any day over this place.Honestly just feel kfc and A&W have really gone down hill. Them combinding just seems like a desperate last hope. Kfc just isnt very good in the idaho stores. Seems utah it is higher quality. Over all just pathetic and sad such a huge difference in food quality. Why is utah fresher and cheaper?
Asked for sauces twice then a third time at the window and asked a fourth time before leaving still nothing. I also didn't get half my order correct. I just want my money back.
I just find it insane when your menu is all about selling chicken & you run out of cooked chicken!! Doesn't someone look at the pans & say, wow we're running short of chicken!! Maybe we should start some more! To have for our customers when they walk-in or drive up!! Instead of telling them to wait 20 minutes!! That just blows my mind!! It's not rocket science!!
Who ever thought putting soda in a bag wasn't to smart. Soda was flat and no taste complete waste of money. Chicken was look warm. Not worth way over priced meal
Ordered 3 5 piece chicken meals and a 3 piece meal. First off the guy taking the order had a VERY bad lisp, why was he taking orders in the first place, everytime I said what I wanted he goes is that all 3 times before I could get to the next item. So I get home and I end up with 4 5 piece meals. Asked for plain mashed and horrible salty gravy was on mine. All this for over 40 bucks.
I walked in and proceeded to the counter. A male worker looked over at me then went behind a concealing wall. No one greeted me until one lady came out to the pickup area and asked if I was there to pickup. There were others at the windows. Not one welcomed me in. Terrible service!
After i got home and spending 65 dollars we got the wrong food. The half wit on the phone told me that is what was on his screen. No sorry no nothing. This is the last time I will ever spend my money there. I will go to Popeyes from now on.
Using the driveup window, we ordered takeout?: their largest bucket of chicken ? and a potato ? side. The chicken ? was delicious ?. The side dish came to life with Taco Bell sauce and Blu Cheese dressing. Because the bill was over $50, I knocked a star ⭐ off. ?
Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for our order before going inside to find it sitting on the counter. We used the drive thru and were asked to wait at front of the store because the order was being made fresh. Needless to say food was soggy and lukewarm after having to wait so long. In fairness the shift manager was very apologetic and gave us a complimentary dessert.
Wife ordered at drive through. Ordered 2 3pc tenders with dipping sauce and everything was entered as A LA Carter instead of as a combination, so the price for 3 horrible tenders and 3 fries + 2 dipping sauces (which we did not get) was $18.50. What a deal!!! Tenders were tough, cold and we're not worth eating. The fries would have been pretty good, but we're also cold. When you through that small amount of food, in a big box, they get cold fast. Worst meal I have ever gotten at KFC. And at a ridiculous price.
