Years ago I gave up on kfc. It felt like something bad happened with the company. Orders were wrong, customer service went into the toilet. Today I decided to give them another try after all these years.Have been craving them for a couple of days now. I went to the online website for the store at South Federal Way in Boise Idaho. I have seen some bad reviews for the store but decided to give it a try. Looked at their menu and decided on the "8 piece Family Fill-up". Pulling up into the empty parking lot there's a sign on the door saying the lobby is closed due to lack of personnel. So off to the drive-thru.I told my girl who was riding with me that they're probably going to tell me that they don't have the 8 piece for the online price of $20. As predicted they told me they don't have the price of $20 but it would cost me $31 for 8 pieces of chicken and 3 sides ( she may have said 2 sides). Are you kidding me? Anyway, this is what I've come to expect from KFC. I ordered no chicken and left. KFC is still a dump and a rip-off. Stay away.
Its food. Really disappointed in the quality of the chicken. Got a sando, it was ok but not very moist. Tenders were dry as a dad joke. I will not be back unless I just have no other options.
Why are they cooking to order? The chicken takes 30+ minutes and they are not keeping any ready to sell! They did not "run out", they never had any intention of cooking more unless it had someone on the hook. Really bad management if they can't keep things running smoothly.
Ate take out at the A&W. Not KFC. The double bacon cheese burger is delicious, and I don't know what they do to their fries but they are supreme flavor. Highly recommend. Also, I understand they do their best to source their ingredients locally. So, YEAH! Support your local economy.
Every time I come here I'm disappointed. If you're going to work at KFC, you at least need to be able to count to 12. I mean, I know it's probably not the highest paying job in the world, but at least do it right or find something else. Every GD time...

The manager Chris was so rude!! I have never had a manager of any business talk to me the way she did! She was nasty ripped the papers out of my hand and told me that she would call corporate to deal with the issue. I will never do business with this company EVER again!
Poor service and food was really bad. The chili for the chili hot dog was very runny. For lunchtime they didn't have enough workers, line was long. No utensils for my food so we had to take our food to go.
I ate here awhile back and was eating the fries in my car and when I took another few fries and took a bite, something that I bit into was not a fry at all. It was like a gushy booger and it tasted so bad my entire body cringed and I immediately got sick and threw up and I felt sick for the rest of the day. Have not ate there since. I think it was something they left in the bottom of there deep fryer that never got cleaned out. I called management and they offered to give me food vouchers. I said no thanks I'm not eating there again.
Soda had a funky taste to them, almost tasted like they mixed. Chicken was dry & the cold slaw had a tasted oddly .
