Used Kanak Attack to cater our wedding as well as the day after since we were doing present opening and Father’s Day combined! Let me tell you! The service was AMAZING and the food, even better! We chose to do the Pit menu for the day after and the Hawaiian for the wedding! We had a 200 person wedding and there was PLENTY of food to go around and even had 2 trays at the end of the night! I highly recommend!
Pretty sure the food isn’t fresh. Both times I had the poke I had gut wrenching pain that ruined my whole day. I’m guessing they just reuse the leftover fish from the day before. Dinners beware. It could also be the Mac salad all I know I wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Kanack Attack catered our son’s rehearsal dinner. The food was delicious. The Kalua Pork and Teriyaki Chicken were delicious. The Coconut Rice and Macaroni Salad were a favorite among the guests. Great food and great service.
One of their trucks was in our subdivision for a couple of hours last night. We tried the teriyaki chicken, kalua pork, coconut shrimp, macaroni salad and coconut rice. AMAZING food!! It was nice running into the chef again as we were vendors at the Eagle Rodeo with them last year. We're definitely fans. ?

We have used Kanak Attack more than once to cater lunch for our office in Meridian. The latest time was Jan. 21, 2022 and it did not disappoint. We ordered Teriyaki Chicken Plates and Kalua Pig Plates for 30+ associates.The food arrived on time and was delicious! I've never heard anyone complaining about any of the food when we order here. The Mac Salad and Veggie Fried Rice that come with the plates are good sides. We also ordered sides of Stir Fry Veggies and they were great. This time around they included extra chicken that we didn't order. This was really appreciated! It was all gone by the next day - it makes for good leftovers too!Kanak Attack is easy to work with and their food always pleases!
Stopped at the little quick location at the Boise Plaza. I ordered a basic salad. The lettuce they used was not only wilted, but it was bitter and tasted awful. It was the field greens mix. I couldn’t even eat it. If they were to change the lettuce to a better one, it might taste better. My husband got a sandwich. It was soggy, and not worth what we paid for it. Would not recommend.
Got the Spicy Ahi Tuna Poke bowl, And it was AMAZING!! This will be my go to spot for lunchtime POKE. Love how convenient the location was, downtown Boise in the Boise Plaza lobby.
