Super nice staff. Not too good on order prep. I ordered a Turkey with cheese and Mayo only. Oh well.
The girl working the window today was a special kind of rude. I ended up saying "never mind, I'm leaving", and did. It was just before 2:30 today, and I was stunned. I have been coming there since the location opened, and am very familiar with the menu. I asked her to repeat something, heard her heavy sigh, then she responded, making it very clear she thought I was stupid. Hope she finds a job outside of the service industry.
Little John sandwich had very little meat, all bread and Lettuce . The drive thru was freaky slow not fast at all. I had three cars ahead of me when I pulled up and they took 10 minutes to get my food out. One day Chic fila had twenty cars ahead of me and I got my food in 7 minutes, take a lesson from them Jimmy John's. Freaky fast is a lie
FROM SOMETHING SMALL TO SOMETHING MAN SIZE FOR A DAYTIME TRIP TO THE MOUNTAINS ETC. JIMMY JOHN'S HAS IT ALL FOR EACH INCREDIBLE INDIVIDUAL!! I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM ANYTIME... THERE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY FRESH AND FAST ON DELIVERING. GREAT SERVICE!!! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK EVERYONE ?
Friendly crew. I felt like my business was valued. It was very apparent the gals on the sandwich line cared about the sandwich they were assembling not only for correctness but also for aesthetics. This is easily one of the best Jimmy John's I have ever been to!
They messed my order up so bad! They need to get there speaker replaced if they can't hear anything your saying,they shouldn't guess what it was and give you the wrong sandwich.
Close to 2 locations and was bounced between them. Both said I was outside of their delivery area. Finally I just gave up and hung up. Poor experience and never even got to try their food.First & unless someone else buys, last attempt at giving them a try.
Tell the driver of the little white sedan, tinted wheels to slow down. Breaking speed limits and erratic driving. Not sure if I'd want delivery if someone is putting the lives of others on the road for the sake of a big tip.
Worst JJ out there. Belittling and disparaging of their customers.. all fixated around a tip. Employees need to know restraint and move along with their day. Embarrassing and sad I would say.
