It was hard at first to get them to go by the order. But that got better. I was there today I ordered on line and went in to pick it up, they were busy so I waited and about 5 min later a lady walked through the door and they said welcome can I help you, helped her and then asked me if I had been helped. Customer service is dying.
Clearly have new workers or bad management. They were overwhelmed with 8 people in line and continually made mistakes. Had to tell them twice no cheese, twice which size and when they asked which toppings they still got it wrong. Unfortunately for me I didn't notice until 5 miles down the road that my sandwich was drenched in vinegar, even though I said No Vinegar! Lol place is literally a joke.The location in meridian and on Broadway are good, ill skip this one from now on.
Did not listen to our order, ordered mini and were given and charged for next size up. And the condiments were not right.. As this our first time visiting JM, I was disappointed. I'd just brought my brother from the VA hospital and he was in pain. The girls behind the counter were so busy talking and several people were behind us, otherwise I would have addressed them. They were totally unprofessional and had no customer service at all. I was looking forward to trying JM, but I don't believe I will go back. Please train your employees better. A successful business is built on customer service to.

I love Jersey Mike's. This location is a great one. The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious like always
Called in my order. Picked up my order. Took it home. Opened the sandwiches -- the bread was so stale the employees had cut off the very ends -- which, of course made the sandwiches not full-sized -- not that we could eat them. Will NEVER visit this location again -- they obviously do not care about customer service. There are so many other choices in the area.

Ordering two sandwiches, couldn’t put it on the right bread as a start, after changing the bread they’re peeling off the old and mixing the two meats and veggies between the sandwiches when they’re two different kinds of sandwiches. No communication what so ever from the manager cutting the bread and meats sliding it down to 3 other employees and still couldn’t handle making the correct sandwiches. Either really high at work or running on 1 brain cell. Really cringey experience and will not return or recommend.
I was very impressed with how the manager and staff engaged with their customers. Very different from the automated, disengaged feel of most sandwich shops and fast food restaurants. Excellent customer service.
