It was a jerseys, always dependable.. the only problem was I was really looking forward to the portabella melts and we asked for only Portobello Swiss and mayo and they ended up putting all the other vegetables in anyway and we didn't realize it until we were back at our motel settled in for the night ready to eat dinner. So that was very disappointing because I couldn't eat it. Thankfully I had also gotten a small turkey so I still had dinner, smiles.

Nice place for a quick sandwich.Employees looked happy and were singing along to the music being played. I like the fund raising for different organizations in the city. Great job employees.
I love their cheese steak and this location is as good as all the others in that regard. Great young staff.
What I recommend about Jersey Mike's is that you fix your staff maybe have management work with some of those young ladies. Earlier this week I went in with gift cards, the girls could not figure out how to charge the gift cards it was painful to watch, so after leaving my sandwiches and a lot of wasted food by the way I went to Jimmy John's and the cards worked just fine. The girls attitude sucked she expected me to do her job. Tonight I went in and apologized when I felt it was me that deserved the apology but nonetheless I took the high road and apologized so as I'm waiting for them to make my sandwich probably 20 minutes or so patiently I go to pay with the $50 for an almost $20 ticket and she refused to take my $50 bill..... I had to ask customers sitting around if they had change then I told the girl that I'm seriously going to lose my hat if you don't take this $50 this is now the second time that you guys could not allow me to pay for my food....... furthermore it seems a little dense to not take a 50 but not post it for customers to see so that they know and don't wait around for a half hour for nothing. Other than that the food is great maybe you guys could do me and everybody else a favor and have management step up the game with some of those kids because they are in struggle mode.

Luke is the best - this guy 100% deserves a raise. He was super fun and kind to my kids and made our first time here really entertaining and welcoming. The food was great, but it’s Luke’s service that scores a 5 star here, and we’ll for sure come back into this location.
Dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen in my lifetime. I can't describe how nasty it was. Find the counter was a total mess. Tables not cleaned. They had three workers there just standing around talking. I cannot recommend this place. Disgusting.
