Didn’t think it would take 20min to cook two sandwiches. I could of got back there and done it faster myself. Worst jack in the box I’ve ever been too.
Wouldn’t try them, awful people. Awful food. Awful location. Degenerates thinking they are cool. Honestly eat anywhere else. “Fast food” took longer than 30 minutes. Better luck literally anywhere else
This time around was not the greatest. The lights weren't on to see the menu the customer service was not good either. The order was incorrect and I didn't even get a receipt so that i could check my order. I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese and i didnt get that we ordered a large curly fry. So we had to knock on the window to get whoever was on duty and she had to make sure thats what i was missing. If i would had a receipt to prove that i was missing an item and as for the sandwich i couldn't prove it. Other than that it was ok
I waited at thw window for over 20 minutes for my order. Only to discover that they forgot over half of my order. I called to notify them of the mistake and the manager was extremely rude and confrontational. I'm not a huge fan of Jack in the Box because almost all of their stores operate in this fashion. Will not be going back.
They are always “out of chicken strips” when I come and say they are frozen… and they got rid of the sourdough grilled chicken club which was a huge mistake. The new grilled chicken replacement is gross fyi. ?
The food we got was good but they forgot a burger and sadly it was for my mom so she didn't eat and had to find something else because by the time we would have drove back they would be closed. Really sucks to have missing food. Went around 11 pm.
Amazing experience here! There were mainly ladies working and they did an amazing job. The drive through girls were really nice and professional. I asked for their names and they were Nor and Brianna. The food was fresh and good. I will definitely come back again, thank you for this!
Went here in the morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich combo which is one of my favorite items they have. Started eating my sandwich and felt something crunch on my teeth and realized I got some egg shell. I usually don't care if some egg shell gets in, it happens. But when I took another bite and felt the same thing I was suspicious. I pulled my breakfast sandwich apart and took a look and it had a huge egg shell chunk sitting right on top. I swear they cooked the egg as is and crushed the shell into my egg. Absolutely pathetic and I swear if I get sick from the egg shell, this won't be the last time this establishment hears from me. To say the least I will not be going to this establishment again.
Would be cool if delivery could come inside to pick up orders. Being the only 24 he open in miles, it's quite a wait for drive thru. Delivery is late due to having to use drive thru for pickup
We pulled up to the drive through they kept trying to say "your total is this pull up to the window" while we were still ordering. Gave use the wrong drink 3 times in a row and charged us separately at the very end because they forgot to put it on the bill they're deaf and won't hear you when you try to talk
