This place is normally pretty awesome. But today it took me 20 minutes to get my food. Then when we went to eat it, it's like half the size it used to be now for double the price and my jr bacon cheeseburgers don't even have bacon. And when I call to complain they don't answer the phone...Jack in the box is going downhill fast
I ordered food through the mobile app, but when I went to pick up my order the workers were ignoring me. I called them and asked what time they close and they said at 10, but Google says it works 24 hours. I wasted 65 dollars for nothing, I requested for a refund but nobody contacted me after I sent a feed back submission. I suggested an edit for the change of working hours. This is the worst ever experience and service I've had with Jack in the box.
The service and food at this restaurant is the bomb!!!! You guys have the best attitude and take great care of your customers!!! ?. Love eating here!
I went throught the drive through at 10:30pm when it clearly states that the drive through us open till 12am. And the worker just ignored me saying they were closed!
There suppose to be open till midnight. They wouldn't open the drive thru at 11pm with 10 cars pulled behind the window. Went in this morning for breakfast and they couldn't serve me. Saying the grill wasn't turned on. Most definitely the most unorganized fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The service is awful. Pretty sure they are on drugs, drunk, or hungover. Sucks for the corporate world.
says open 24/7 and I've gone 3 times now and they are closed every night by 10. absolutely ridiculous. we just love some false advertisements. pathetic. plus the guy that told us was SUPER rude. never going again.
Bad service and a super disappointment on the food quality. Have been a big fan of JITB but this visit was horrible. The burgers looked like someone stepped on them and after going through the drive through We were missing food and had to go inside to get the missing items. That was a big mistake. The kitchen was so dirty and there were I think a total of only 3 employees. I saw our missing food under the heat lamp and told the employee it was there but they could not find it. By the way the French fry's were half full and super cold too. The health department really needs to make a surprise visit. Paid over 20.0/ for 2 Very poor quality burger combos. and bad service. if you don't have the staff to properly cook and keep the place clean then shut down till it is safe for people to eat there. .
Came though the drive though at 9:30 ordered a bacon buttery jack with two paddies and what I got is a regular bun with 2 jumbo paddies that tasted like they were sitting in the stager since lunch no signature bun or paddies like it supposed to be they lucky I'm not a secret shopper plus Rachel the floor Manager it appear did not give us any sauce when I asked for 2 kinds I expect better from night crew it wasent a big order so should have been pretty simple to make
This place is ridiculous. There are no grease traps on the floor...so I got to watch the employees slide around all morning. Serious safety hazard. Secondly I saw a delivery driver come in (which is for a customer who already paid for your product) request the order and sit for 20 minutes? The staff repeatedly made orders for any and everyone else. That was not only a disappointment for the customer who was expecting a meal but for the driver who is paid based on how well they deliver. So at least 2 people walk away with nothing. It's a tragedy to see how people mishandle product, money and other people's time. I will never come back to this establishment.
Breakfast was great! Service was great at breakfast time........ Later when I was at work (doordash) the staff doesn't seem near as helpful or excited to have a job...... But at least the food was hot and tasty!
