Not sure how "no salt" fries can be cold and old when you're the only person in line and got charged for cheese AGAIN that did not make it on my sandwich. Guess I'll hold up the line next time and open my sandwich. Chicken sandwich (was to my surprise)was fresh and hot. Friendly service as always......read your tickets though?
I went to this location on Broadway because it’s the closest to my house. I arrived at 9:45pm 15 prior to their “adjusted” closing time of 10pm. There were maybe 5 cars in front of us, but the person 3 cars in front of us was ordering, and happened to take a little longer. I got up to the order board at 9:59pm and was told “We just took our last order” I then had to inform the 2 cars behind me, so they could move so I could back out of the driveway. This is extremely unacceptable behavior. I understand that there is closing time, but the fact that I waited 15 minutes in line before closing time, should’ve have been enough to still be able to order. After explaining how long we waited I got no answer, but I could hear them preparing food for the people in front of us. Google says that this location is open until 12am, I’ve been understanding of the lack of staff, so I don’t mind that they close 2 hours earlier. But at least be prepared to handle the people already in line prior to that closing time. I hope this location gets better at time management because it took me from being a 2 times a week customer, to once per month.
Usually good food and good service. Make sure you check your order before you take off from the drive through. We ordered 2 sides of bacon to go with our mini pancakes, got home...not in the bags. Didn't get a receipt either...can't price we paid for them can validate we didn't. Not the first time or order has been wrong either. I looked at it before leaving but not nearly close enough. Pretty common issue with drivethru in our area....
Now you get a review since your phone is off the hook. Fire the kid working the drive thru. He brought up the fry sauce and then forgot it. No straw, no receipt and no napkins. Like blaming parents for bad kids, I blame the manager. I wouldn't let anyone at this place run a snow cone shack. 7-10-2022
Would give zero stars if possible. Stopped in at 3 pm on Saturday went through the drive through only to be told over the mic "sorry, we are closed right now". . . At three in the afternoon! This actually happened to us the last time we tried this location 6 months ago- thought with time maybe they would have their act together but they don't. Might as well close this location with how poorly it's operated.
I was on my way back home from Cascade to Jerome. It was 11 or 11:30 pm. I was so hungry tired of driving and hurting. I seen Jack in the Box. Had to pull in and ordered a burger and a Oreo shake. They were so fast friendly and sweet. Their shakes are truly the thickest I've ever had. and Yummy ?? I just wanted to say Ty for being open so late at night and saving me from having to stop for awhile till I got back home. That burger and thick shake gave me the energy to drive safe home. ??????? ??
I work at the jimmy johns near this store and everytime i pass by lobby is closed! it’s closed almost the whole day everyday! why even have a dine in at that point? are the managers a bunch of kids or something?? i keep seeing replies from the owner of jack in box saying that the restaurant shouldn’t be closed and apologizing but really they’re not doing anything to improve the store! there’s lots of more fast food places down broadway,go to any of them but this one!
All of the lights were on, employees in store, but after waiting several minutes they said they close at 10, not 24 hours. The food is great, but this is the second Jack in the Box I have been to that has this kind of service. Very disappointing.
Fries weren't hot or fresh. Soda dispenser didn't work properly. Trash receptacles were all full, tables not clean.
Jack in the Box is always awesome. Shame they aren't in Utah, still.One of the main places I always hit while I am in Idaho.The butter burger is always amazing, and my wife always loves the tacos.Definitely recommend.
