They can never get your order right especially going through drive through something as simple as no sauce on tacos seems to be a problem. Then when you tell them about it they get mad at you for their mistake
Closed when it says open. We made our order online. Got charged, but they were closed.Edit to the owner:I did as you suggested. Nobody has contacted me nobody has reached out to me.
We made a 50 dollar order on the app saying it's open, Google too. We get here and it's abandoned. Lights are on, inner doors left open, no signs or anything saying closed. Machines all on. Literally abandoned. There's no customer service number. No way to cancel the order. Lost 50 bucks. Managed to call a district manager. Learned there's only 4-5 employees, and the teams not even functioning correctly according to them.
I placed a sizeable online mobile order to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday only to get to your location which was closed in the middle of the afternoon. There were no signs, no employees, and no way to get my refund.
I have gone here for breakfast and like the last 3 times it HAS NOT been open we r talking 8 9 9:30 am and again today!! If it isn't open on Sunday mornings do not advertise it as such online or elsewhere! Waste of my time! Had to drive over to Vista everytime but at least they r open!
Awesome place. The AA gentleman showed up for work “unscheduled” according to the MA lady. Like, bruh…. At least that young buck showed up for work and don’t embarrass him in front of customers. He didn’t seem phased so that’s good.Clean restrooms and dining facility. Order was made quickly even though there was a slight mistake but they made it right quickly before I left the store. That deserves 5 stars and the gentleman 6 stars.
Went through the drive through with not a single other car in the lot or in the DT and the kid yells over the speaker “im only doing doordash and uber eats right now” refusing to take my order at the mic. Times may be tough keeping people employed to make money but you cant literally turn away money thats shows up and is trying to pay. I specifically drove to avoid the extra costs of bs like doordash and UE right now. What an absolutle joke and lack of understanding how a business makes money. 0/10 service
We ordered our selections carefully since it was very loud in the food- prep area. Our cashier was having a hard time hearing as were we. When the food came, one sandwhich was prepared incorrectly. We ordered a Jumbo Jack, CATSUP ONLY. It arrived with everything on it. Our child refused to ieat it so he shared his brother's food.
Good fast food . But order is never correct. So check your bag. Management will cuss at u if u call and complain.
The drive thru guy is really funny, and personable...I bypass other JIB to go here...
