This is the best JIB in Boise and their food is far better than Orchard or State St locations! Friendly maybe not so quick but at least they r open when they say! Good job!/
This store is literally the worst Jack in the Box I've been too. I don't know why I decided to come back after months of my last bad experience. I literally only wanted some fries but I was told I had to order through doordash pick up instead of going through the drive through while I was already in the drive through. Too bad fries are an extra $1.50 on doordash even for pick up. Literally so annoyed. You can't even give me some fries when I drove all the way here without ordering on doordash first. Wth Jack in the Box? Never coming to this location ever again. Do not support this location. The JBX on Orchard or the ones on State St have much better service and quality of food. Drive there instead. This location should be shut down. I've also worked at a JBX in the past too. This is truly awful location. Ignore any good reviews.
Absolutely horrible customer service Doesn't matter what time of day you try to go seems like they typically are close or when you pull through the drive-through they say sorry we were closed but yet They are in there
I will NEVER go to this jack in the box again. We walked up and both doors were locked (at 10:30 am) mind you I am with a 3yr old. I call..no answer. So we walked up to the wondow and I asked the girl "is there a reason the doors are locked?" She says "ummm well, theres only 3 of us here" ok? So u cant have the dining room open? She said no. I said well can i order some food then? She said "ya, we cant do that" I said ok..well maybe you should put some signs up letting people know your dining room is closed. She slammed the window in my face. I get it, businesses are short staffed. But if you continue to hire rude kids, no one is going to come to your establishment anyway. I started to walk away with my 3 yr old and she had the audacity to open the window and yell something as I was walking away. So I walked back and said Im sorry, what? And she looked at me thru the window and said "you can leave or I will call the cops" FOR WHAT?? Telling you to put up a sign? Dumb....never again.
I'm reading through a mountain of reviews from the past year, all similar to my own experience. Closed at odd hours, lines taking WAY long, food cooked poorly, ONLY DOING DOOR DASH (what????), and the owner keeps responding, conveying their deep concern. Yet it is only getting worse. Is the owner sleeping? Living in another state? Robo-responding? I love Jack in the Box and I have completely stopped even trying to go to this one even though it's right near my house. Very bizarre how bad it is and not improving. Just close down permanently already.
Don’t need there excuses on why I’m waiting in line for 30 minutes with 2 people ahead hire more people jack things have obviously not changed from previous reviews from at least 4 months ago
I have never had a problem here in the past...but today I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese no ketsup or pickles. I live less then 5 min away and when I got home the bun and burger were COLD. I was very upset and wonder if I should use jack in the box on future orders!!!!!!!
Checked online and on the sign posted by the door to make sure I was not walking in right before close. I came around 6:15 and the sign by the door says they close at 7:30. As soon as I walked in I was told by one of the employees that they are closed. I understand that sometimes if a location isn't busy then a manager will typically close early, but EVERYTIME I come by this jack in the box they are closed way earlier than their posted business hours or their lobby is just straight up locked. I strongly recommend against even bothering to drive or walk to this jack in the box because they will most likely be closed when you get there.
On multiple occasions, I have tried to eat here to find the lobby closed, locked and no one responding. I ride my bike everywhere so this is very restricting. I even rode my bicycle to the drive thru and got no response. I understand covid was a largest reason for these lobby closures. They have a sign up saying the lobby is open till 6pm so I arrive at 4:40 or so and am told my an employee to leave because they lobby is closed. This unwelcoming and cold attitude should not be acceptable and is a reoccurring theme I am seeing from this location. You should avoid this restaurant.
I asked to do two seperate orders, having worked in a fast food restaurant I know it isn’t hard. The worker was very rude and told me no not unless I want to order, get my food and go all the way around again. Terrible service
