These are the most inefficient people on the planet they pulled me around and after 15 minutes I went inside and they hadn't even started my order. Was dissatisfied with the visit because we went thru the drive through, and intially when we went through we couldn’t get an answer through the speaker.. tried calling the store and still couldn’t get an answer. So I drove around to sit at the window and still didn’t get an answer but saw someone sitting in the lobby. We parked around the front and entered the lobby where we were greeted by a girl with a language barrier, I have no issues with that it was just difficult to understand her and it seemed as though she didn’t have a full understanding for what came on the sandwiches.. I live close to this Location so I would hate to discontinue visiting here but I have had this experience on several different occasions where I come through the drive thru and can’t get anyone to talk through the speaker when I know someone is in there.
It took 35 minutes for 6 tacos 2 fries and a strawberry shake! Maybe short on staff, but dang after that long the meal should’ve been comped!
Ordered a jumbo jack burger, and specified NO CHEESE a few times to lady at window, a small diet coke and a piece of cheesecake. Paid $9. Ok. The guy brought out my burger in a greasy dirty bag, yuck. Got back to work to wolf down my burger. Voila, CHEESE : ( Gross. Taking it back. I guess its frozen cheesecake for lunch.
Everything Daniel Ludwig said is true. I, too, have experienced many of the exact same problems with this store on two separate occasions. If you question anything, even if you are at the order board, the manager, whose name is Victor, tells you to pull thru and if you stop at the window to try to order he threatens to call the police. He is extremely rude and has no concept of what customer service is. I was told he was fired so I came back and lo and behold, he was back and he was worse than ever. I have not been back since February. I was a regular customer and this is a great store when Victor isn't running it into the ground.
Pedestrians beware you are not welcome here. Recent management has locked their lobby doors and will not let you order food if you are not in a car in the drive through. You just lost a longtime repeat customer. If I could give a zero star review I would.
so for the past couple weeks there have been several times that Ive gone at around 9pm, and either been told they were closed, or that they were "only taking door dash orders at this time".I went there tonight and was told they would only be serving door dash orders, and they would not take my order. so, I left, got something at the wendy's just down the road, then as I was coming home, I pass by to see that several cars are in the driveway, and they appear to be taking orders, just a couple minutes after I was there. so, I zipped back around, went through the drivethrough to see what they would say, and they did not realize it was me and asked what Id like to order.I asked them about what time they close, and then asked why I was told I could not order just a mere few minutes ago. I said I did not want to order now, but asked for the managers name. they refused to give it to me.I got out briefly and went to the car in front, and asked if their order was taken, or if they were door dash or just a regular order, and they confirmed they were not door dash.the person inside came out to tell me I would have to leave or he would call the cops on me.I was never apologized too, never given the name or referred to any other management to talk to.I stopped to record what was happening so I can share this with corperate management.Your store employees in the evening just close the place down randomly and turn away orders during times that even the ones doing so say they are open. they are rude, and do not offer any apology or offer to help or make up for any inconvenience. They look for excuses to not take orders, and then when asked for a manager they get rude and threated to call the police on people.at no time did I yell at anyone, cuss, or make any threatening remarks etc. yet, they actually called the police on me, I was about to leave and he came outside, was talking with the police, and went around to my car to get my liscense number, and then stated that he felt "threatened" by me.
I'm a door dash driver, like baby was locked, I go through the drive thru. I said into the box " I have a door dash order for" , and then rudely got cut off. They said come to the window. Where I sat, ignored for at least 10 minutes. One employee came to window after that.. asked me about the person behind me order. Then I waited some.more. in total I waited at the window for about 20 minutes with only 1 interaction with an employee.
Wish they would offer to bring your food to your table especially if they see your disabled, using a walker and have a hard time walking. Offer to assist, not because I'm a customer, but just on a human level. Thanks.
Tried a burger I hadn't had before...and doubled it. It wasn't bad, but the picture looked soooo much better. Not like it used to be for sure, and is expensive.
