Was here for work two weeks. I really enjoyed my visit I tried a different place before and was totally disappointed because of my color was never served never even acknowledged.. IHOP made me feel Rt at home.
Please don't be surprised @ this review! You should've known it was coming! My complaint better get looked into or I'll be contacting corporate. Why is there not a KYLIE @ every IHOP.(kidding ?)She is truly the weapon of choice in highly stressful environments. She was 1st pleasant, approachable, accommodating & managed to smile with ease the entire time I was there. She really displayed a level of comfort with being kind under duress, that spoke volumes about her as a person. I have a feeling she's probably a mgr & we'll on her way to a promotion or definitely should be. Kudos to you in providing her with this platform b/c she's on FIRE:)
This IHOP is disgusting! While our young server had a great attitude it could not begin to make up for the uncleanliness of this place. Tables with food on the floor left uncleared, bathroom beyond disgusting and a quick look in the kitchen was not pleasant. And no ice. Server said over 8 months with no ice? Do not go here. Dennys would be better!!
We waited to be seated for 15 to 20 min. After they sat us down they gave us two menus and three kid menus with no crayons to occupy the kiddos. She said she was going to get them but never came back to our table with them. After waiting half an hour for her to take our order she left the menus behind and never brought us silver wear. This place was just terrible service. I literally had to get out of my seat to go get our silver wear from the lady and the toppings for my family to eat. After we were done mind u I have a 1 year old and an 11 month old child that everyone knows children make messes, well apparently my children made too big of a mess that the waitress asked a gentle man to come out to our car and tell us we didn't tip and we made a mess that we didn't clean up and we were not allowed to come back to that restaurant again. The man that approached our car was not even the manager and we didn't tip because the service sucked and there were tables all over that weren't even clean. I don't suggest eating here at all.
Stopped here for some great food! Service was most excellent!
I had a cuppa late night IHOP roast, which wasn’t that fantastic of a roast. This is not the employees fault as they brewed it well, but as they say, “You can only make chicken poop taste so much like chicken soup.” Staff were kind and prompt and didn’t treat me strangely for coming in at midnight for a cup alone while I sorted some paperwork that needed attention. The only thing wrong with the restaurant was some ignorant customer(s) trashed the bathroom. Please don’t trash the bathroom, these folks don’t make enough money to clean up after you when you’re behaving like a child.
I hadn't been in quite awhile, maybe 2 to 3 times in a year, but I always find the food and service to be better than just okay. That's a compliment really. Especially when it's hard to fill jobs for alot of restaurants these days. I forget the name of what I ordered, a chipotle beef breakfast bowl?, it was really good!
Friendly staff. Good food. I gave it 4 stars because things were broken. No ice, for any type of drink and the restroom had broken lock on door. Also the devider between stalls, the bracket holding the wall up was broken, almost completely. Worried if someone lost balance and hit wall if it would completely break. Also, toilets were clean but extremely stained so appeared grungy.
We stopped in at almost 9:30 when other restaurants were closed and were treated so well. Our waitress was the best, so sweet and helpful, bringing us lemon slices, extra side dishes and so personable! Our dinners off the 55+ menu of grilled tilapia with broccoli and rice pilaf and (husband's) sliced turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, gravy and Cranberry Sauce were hot, delicious, prepared quickly and reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised, since we usually order breakfast foods no matter the time of day or night.
Food is good.Online ordering for "curbside" is false advertising. They have websites and texts and emails and all sorts of tech that wants to send you notifications and wants to know your location. You get all these things saying your food is ready and on the way and they will be out shortly with your food...Your body will turn to dust before they bring anything outside.
