Outstanding food and amazing service.

Before I start my rant I want to note there is a total of 20 plus years of server experience in my party. We are very tolerate of any issues because in those years we have dealt with the worst of the worst customers. We are great tippers and we’re just wanting a good last dinner with the family before parting ways. My grandmother wanted to come here because her and her late husband used to be regulars here. So when she became so upset with our horrendous service that she asked me to go and talk with a manager I knew things were really bad. However much to my surprise I was informed by the hostess that there was no manager on duty. The server was not only poor at his job but was rude and showed no concern for his job let alone our happiness. The food was mediocre at best.

Had happy hour drinks and nachos. Great food and drink. Great prices tooWill go back.

Love the fact that I can walk here & have a nice meal & often there is a live band playing mellow music. If you’re lucky get a seat around the fire pit. Great beer.

Great food. Great service. Highly recommend. Even if you live on the other side of the valley, it's worth the drive.

Food and atmosphere was awesome, our waitress wasn't very happy or friendly, thank goodness the outside area was very upbeat with many people enjoying their Sunday and the weather!

The food was delicious and I've always loved the Hollow growing up. I only have one problem. We had a waitress with long black hair. She messed up every single order we had and was very rude. When we asked for pickles they didn't come with the food and we asked again. Her response was "he asked for a burger and ketchup not pickles." She then brought me the wrong pickles for a burger and was very rude the whole night.

As always, the food here is awesome! Love the fireplace and "old ski lodge" feel. Of course, you have to try the beers here, too. Some really good fries (unlike most others) and I am hard pressed to pick a favorite meal... Brewers club, steak on soba noodles, grilled polenta, tasty salads... Too many to choose from! One of my absolute favorite specials was a oyster poor boy with bacon!

Always nice great atmosphere Consistent food

After you're done skiing bogus basin this is the place to go. Before skiing bogus basin, this is also the place to go. Excellent food and drink here. If you like a great atmosphere with excellent food this is your local place to go.
