Super slow service in the drive through and the walk up window. Staff is extremely rude, esp the younger generation, and they can’t seem to get my order correct. Ex. Missing items, overcooked burgers, frozen chicken, burnt hotdogs just to name a few. The countertop where the burgers are prepared is ALWAYS filthy? I can just imagine what the rest of the inside looks like. Other reviewers seem to feel the same way as I have read quite a few reviews that have been posted over time but this place doesn’t seem to care or these issues would have been resolved. Come on Hawkins Pac Out you can do better.
I loved this place and the friendly staff once but when I went in the guy over the speaker was rude and kept cutting me off. I watched the kitchen get my order wrong and try to scrap off the mistake they made. If I was allergic to the thousand island sauce and they did that without just replacing the bun that could hurt someone. When I went back to have my order fixed I was nice and polite and the guy who was running the speaker was again acting like he couldnt be bothered and just stared at me through the window for awhile before deciding to finally cut his personal convo with a girl working with him to brashly ask me what I wanted. Over all the attitude of the people and having watched the people in front of me and behind look horrified over the customer service I wont be returning. The food also tasted like it was weeks old and spoiling I ended up throwing it away because I couldnt eat it.
Easily the best burger spot in Boise. Truthfully I just discovered this place this last year, I was always in a hurry to hit the slopes at bogus and I would drive by and it think twice about this little burger shack.Do yourself a solid and hit the drive thru next time you’re heading up the mountain!
Soda here is amazing. The Mountain Dew is the closest to on a can I've ever had. The burgers are good, the tots and fries are ok. Drive thru is cramped. But they have relatively fast service.
Burger was juicy and saucy, chicken sandwich was good but lacked flavor. Lots of fries and good price.
Two cars in front of me when I ordered. Waited about 15 minutes before I got to the window, then 10 more minutes. The hamburger I ordered was supposed to have pickles and sauce, came without pickles or sauce, with a tiny dab of what appeared to be mayo mixed in with the abundant amount of lettuce. The burger looked good, but very bland. So I used the special sauce that came with my tots to put on the burger. Tots were very good. Employees were nice, but I was disappointed for the money I paid.
I have absolutely loved the breakfast burritos in the past, but today when I went they changed their hashbrowns from the crispy flat potatoes to a shredded style. Bring ack the flat crispy potatoes, they are what made your burrito so great!

Fantastic quick service! Breakfast there was Amazing! There Swiss hamburgers are absolutely ? ?.. COME CHECK OUT them and enjoy what you're taste buds have been missing
My wife thought the hamburger was awesome! The chicken fingers were good as well, much better then the normal ones you get.The food is made fresh as you order, so that always makes it better. You wait a little longer, but it is worth the wait.I pass it coming home from skiing at Bogus and had never stopped by before. Too bad for me on missing out for so long.
