I ordered a carry-out order on the phone. when I get to the restaurant I found out they had given my order to somebody else. I waited for them to fix the order up again. when I go and pick it up they didn't even have the order right so they supposedly fixed my order of the fried rice which I ended up having to pay for again. I got home and it's not even fried rice it is steamed white rice with a handful of ingredients thrown in and they tried to pass it off to me as fried rice. I am suggesting to anybody that reads this not to eat at this restaurant. And I will continue to post this review over and over again so that more people see it
We had heard some good things but was skeptical as we approached. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food is so delicious and authentic. We were very happy with all that we tried. The best was the Crab Lagoon and you can’t eat just one. We can’t wait to come back again.
I went there with my bfs family around like 7:40ish, we were all pretty disappointed with the food. All the food were dry and clearly old. They brought out fresh chowmein and 2 egg rolls. The egg rolls weren’t even that warm. Serving hours old food shouldn’t be accepted.
Honestly just pathetic. Half the food trays at the buffet were empty. The stuff that was there was old. Looked like from yesterday. I will never come here again. They gave me a long spoon for ice cream dishes as a eating spoon. Food was mostly battered and super greasy.Just seemed like they dont want you to get the buffet and want you to just pay full price for one item. Well folks panda is way better quality. They give you extra discount for paying cash. Feels sketchy like they aren't reporting it on their taxes or employees stealing from boss.I am just in awe as like why people come here and support this place. It was super slow on a friday night guess that is your sign. People were complaining. Facility is poorly managed.
The food was okay, but when I got on the website to make my order they only would except cash as my payment. I rarely have cash enough on me to pay. Later they phoned and asked me if I was paying cash. I probably will not order any more unless I have the cash on me which will be very unlikely . I wonder how many customers they are losing not giving a credit card choice when you order.
I've been eating here since I was a little kid, and have always enjoyed the food here. The Pork Fried Rice is probably the best thing to get, along with the Crab Lagoon, and the crab cheese rolls. And the staff are always great, they're real nice and on top of their game. The only gripes I've had with the place since I've first eaten there have been pretty only 2 things:1. The bathrooms, specifically the men's room, has always been not so great. Usually I just use it to wash my hands when I'm about to eat, but even then, it's lackluster. The paper towel dispenser hasn't worked for a good couple of months, I could say maybe even a year? Plus the soap dispenser hasn't worked even longer than the the paper towel dispenser, so now it's an old bottle that gets refilled. It's not really a big problem, because you can still wash your hands easily, but you know, people get picky sometimes.2. The desserts in the fridge aren't fresh, most of the time. The last time I had a slice of apple pie it was super dry and hard, and didn't taste great so I didn't eat it other than a bite. But other than that, love the place, haven't had any issues, and I'd recommend it if you wanna have either a quick lunch or a nice dinner.
I've been eating here for 30 years and the food and service stay consistent! Quite an amazing business and great food to go!
The food was not fresh, the cookies and treats were very old hard as a rock and almost freezer burnt pies. We all went home not feeling well and I still don't feel well today. All the staff were really nice though!!! Especially our waiter and they have a sign saying they're down staff :(The salad bar had no lettus in it ???The back splash around our booth was visibly very dirty from hand prints too.Won't return but hope they get the help they need.
My favorite go to Chinese restaurant. I've been coming here for many years. Best all you can eat Chinese food
I've been coming here many years-preferring it to the bigger buffets because I like the quality of what they offer-the best egg rolls and they have chow mein with the noodles, crunchy topping and the delicious cabbage/celery/greens in gravy. That should be standard but most places don't have that. They had a sign on the door recently stating the quality is not what it should be due to the labor shortage so the selection was limited. I was impressed that they were upfront and honest about it. I will continue to support them-they are doping the best they can through tough times in this business. I'm hoping and looking forward to when they get back up to the full buffet.
