Spent $32 was the worst Burger I've had it was tiny it's tiny didn't taste all that good fry's we're OK $32
Had an interesting, unexpected visit to Good Burger. We were there the day after Xmas... one worker at 1pm. Poor guy. Doing it all. Of course it was slow going. We ordered 4 meals and waited about 30 min for it all. Oh and fun fact, the guy was sliding all over the place on the greasy floor. The stress on his face... if I had been him, I would've walked out. He was doing the best he could. Next time, if there's one worker still, we'll choose another place.
Burnt chicken strips. The food was too expensive to be over done. Fry's were decent though.
i ordered three chicken tenders and all three of them were completely raw, pink, in the middle. i ate half of one before realizing the texture was off, broke all three in half, none of them were cooked all the way through. if i get sick, at least i know why.
Food was cook to order-which I love!My family and I had no problem waiting for our food as it was hot and delicious!The mozzarella stick are my favorite.2 guys working-where great!Thank u! Keep serving up amazing food♡♡
We came in for what we thought would be a quick burger. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes for 2 burgers and some fries. We watched as one of the workers pulled out chicken strips with his bare, oily hands and put them in the fryer. He did the same with the onion rings. Very disappointing.
Waited over 30 minutes for undercooked fries, onion rings, poppers, and nuggets. Very overpriced! The burger was good but nothing else. Never going there again.
0 stars. Ordered a burger and fries and waited about 30-40 minutes before we got called. The workers were friendly but extremely slow and unsanitary. The guy working the fries wore no gloves and was wearing jeans and a t-shirt and a hat no uniform and NO GLOVES. The guy making the sandwiches and handling the orders wore a glove on his left hand only and was touching everything with his bare hand. The kitchen was revolting there was trash and grime and dirty towels strung out all over the floor and walls. By far the worst food I’ve ever had when it was finally ready the bacon on my burger was still cold and pink the sandwich looked like it was crushed and the fries were burned. I wish I could have my $20 back and the hour of time it wasted going there.
10/16/21 ~5pm: They messed up my order, I went to get it fixed, and when they were finally done remaking it they handed me ANOTHER messed up order. I spent my entire lunch break waiting for them to mess up my order TWICE. At this point I’d rather have a McDonald’s in the mall.
