Freddie’s and I were both born in Kansas. I love the concept and think the food is always a notch or two above standard fast food. It’s made to order with quality ingredients.I wanted to share my experience today at the Freddie’s location in Boise. I had just gotten off a long plane ride from Atlanta and needed a late lunch. I pulled up to the drive thru and Austin introduced himself over the speaker with a voice that actually sounded like he wanted to be there. He took my order, read it back to me and greeted me at the window. Austin is one of those employees that make a brand. His soft skills—the ability to interact with courtesy and friendliness—were impeccable. I wanted to call his parents and tell them they should be proud of the son they raised. My food was fresh and tasty—but it was my brief interaction with Austin that made my visit to Freddie’s today memorable. I called the restaurant to talk to a manager and let Sarah (the manager answered the phone), who was also a superstar at customer service, know she had a winner on her team. Seems she already knew that, but she was glad to hear my feedback about Austin. ????
Food is good. Better check your order though we have had issues several times I feel like it's probably hard for them to hear the order.
3 Stars - "It's OK"When entering the building, there was an odd smell. Not like a cleaning product or a rotting smell, just a smell that felt like stangnate air.Then, the ordering part. Love the options. Almost tooany options for a walk up ordering situation. But, the Double Burger was an obvious choice. (Noticed on a poster later that singles and triples are available on request.)We ordered a Concrete and a Shake, along with fries for our burgers. Mom was amazed with her Shake; she said it was "awesome".The fries were skinny, and they lacked a crispy exterior. The burger was done well, but just didn't quite have that run down my arm juicy factor.Overall, a good meal, but not one I'd rush back to. Cheers.
This place is great and the best steak burger. They are delicious and fast!
Their steak burgers are outstanding and they're frozen custard remind me of an Old fashioned the chocolate one anyway reminds me of an old fashioned fudge bar so I was impressed and I'm going back
very delicious and still hot when you get home bacon is crispy, meat is juicy and packed with flavor and the chicken tendies are great and not dry.
Had a wonderful afternoon lunch with my friend. Your Asst. Manager (I am sorry, I don't remember how to spell his name?) was awesome and patient. He really went a step beyond to make us feel at home. Will be back for sure and the food was delicious. Your custard is AMAZING!
They were busy because Boise Harvest at the Arena just ended. They handled it well and the food was great as always. The staff was friendly and 3 different people stopped by to check and see if we needed anything.
Ordered 10 burgers on the spot, they knocked them out and were very pleasant. Super awesome crew, super fast and friendly. aSara the GM was super awesome and even praised the crew for doing a good job 10/10
Well just went here for the first time ever on my birthday Jan. 6th, and the burgers were absolutely amazing! Delicious! I didn't care for the fries much, super tiny and oily. The sad part is that my husband went in to order our food and custard. Mine and his got mixed up, he ordered a concrete and I wanted the sundae. So mine didn't taste like it should being all mixed up. It sucked for my birthday treat and we haven't yet went back due to the high price. We will be back though, burgers are great!
