This was our worst experience at a Five Guys. The best was that the crew member that took our order, got it right. (One star) It went downhill from there. Staff were not wearing masks. The french fry guy sneezed. OK, I’m a germaphobe. Next, it took over 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a fry. There was one customer in front of us. The bag was greasy. The buns were dry and crumbly. The order was wrong. We got two Cheeseburgers that we didn’t order. I only wanted grilled onions on mine and it was loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and scant onions. My wife got the same, but only ordered ketchup. It had no ketchup. The crew seemed disorganized. Maybe they were just having a bad day, I don’t know. We felt ill after eating. Wish I could give a half star.
If you desire fresh hamburgers with a great selection of toppings, this is a great experience! There is a nice variety of flavors for tasty milkshakes. Be aware, though. Be prepared to pay a little more for the food. Otherwise, the service is pleasant. The employees are happy to assist and aren't afraid of mixing up some of the milkshake choices to blend together ? ? ?!
My first time at five guys a couple days ago, I didnt think they're burgers were anything special. Its great that they don't charge extra for adding anything to your burger tho! Heard you could mix shakes here too and ended up getting a banana oreo shake and it was amazing and unique! The staff were friendly and fast during dinner rush hour

I ordered through DoorDash and for a regular fry I got a small cup that would compare to a McDonalds small fry. I paid $6.59 for that! Not worth it! Very disappointed!!! I sent a picture of what I received! Never returning and telling my family never to go there again because of the horrible value.
I usually enjoy visiting Five Guys. This visit was off. Coke machines weren't working, no ice, sweet tea, and unsweet tea were swapped. The dining room had many dirty tables. My burger was good but I don't remember ordering tomatoes, I got them anyway. The one good thing was the fries were fresh and good. I hope they get better.
I really like Five guys normally. Placed our order, waited, listened for number, never called. Went up and asked and they didn't know where the order was. Then someone said she called it. No you didn't and they argue with you. So they gave away our burgers to someone else. Hope they enjoyed the hamburger wrap.
Tasty delicious burgers. All the special additions for free makes this place even better. Fried up onions, red/green peppers, and mushrooms added to my burger for free. Loved it in so many ways. Probably the best tasting fast food burger place I've ever ate at. I should have came here a long time. My wife and I really enjoyed eating here. The French Fries was special because they leave the peel which gives it a bit of a crunchier tastier flavor. They gave us a ton of fries to boot. We'll be coming back real soon. Wish they had one in Nampa but it's worth the drive. I've been wanting to try out this place and I am glad I did!
Always a good consistent burger exactly the way I want it. Usually my first choice when I want a burger.Some suggestions for this specific location --Turn up the heater - with all the glass walls and continual door opening, it's always cold in here.Tidy up the burger prep - My burger falls apart half the time here. Toppings all over the place from the instant I open the foil.I'll continue to come here as their food is consistent and good. Beware that prices are continually rising at this location. A double cheeseburger with bacon is like $10!! Add fries and a drink, and you can visit a nice restaurant.
Oh yum ? they have such wonderful tasting burgers and fries. Oh my and they are quick with your order too. This is a restaurant worth going to. I know we'll be back. Thank you Five Guys for such great service and food.?
