Walked in defending their quality and prices. Ordered and they were (not necessarily their fault) out of bacon and apparently don’t serve milkshakes after 10?? Get drinks instead, half the sodas were out of syrup, they weren’t calling out completed order #’s so no one knew when their food was done, barely even filled our cup of fries (which everyone knows they’re famous for piling on the fries so we ordered 1 regular for 2 of us) and there wasn’t even a full drop of BBQ sauce on either of our burgers.Above I mentioned it was after 10pm, this is because there was a comedy show across the street and it had just ended. Something that should have been taken into account by a restaurant literally right across the street.
Hundreds of great experiences but one time was just awful, bad food bad service.
There's only 2 other customers here, and yet I have been waiting 22 minutes for a dang hamburger. Are they waiting for the baby cow to grow up so they can shoot it and make hamburgers?!
This is by far my all-time favorite Five Guys. I like it so much I want to buy action figures of the people who work here. It's located in a cool, trendy part of downtown Boise. The food is excellent. The drinks are dispensed by those computerized soft drinks so there's any number of beverages available. Huge heaping extra amounts of friends with your French fry order. I would eat here every day if I could.
Not your normal 5 guys service level. Try other places in close proximity to this place for a much better customer service experience.
The Pattie’s are really good and shake is sweet and comfort . But the price is a little bit expensive
Ordered online, and the burger and hot dogs were in a bag, so I waited on the fries. I asked could they sprinkle a little extra cajun seasoning on the cajun fries. Not only did they NOT do that, there was very little salt and no cajun seasoning. Very disappointed in this visit, and after I was told by numerous people that the trip was worth it(I live in Mountain Home).
Overall it's usually acceptable here. The food is always fantastic. However, the prices are getting much higher in short periods of time. I order the same burger+fries+drink every time I come here, and from August 2021 when I moved here to now the same order have gone from $14 to $18. The dining room is also always dirty too. I always have to clean wherever I sit regardless of what time I come in.
I watched them cook the burger followed by the hot dog and then drop the fries after. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get fast food.
10/10 for customer service! Ran in tonight about 15 minutes before closing, and the staff were still super friendly and accommodating!
