HOLY COW!!! You've got to try these guys if you like tacos or Mexican street food. The best I've had in the valley! I had lunch there today and I've had them in the past too and man is it good. Wait time is a little long if there are a lot of people ordering so just a heads up on that but it's worth the wait. The flavors are incredible and beyond comparison to other vendors in the treasure valley. FOLLOW THEM ON INSTAGRAM TO KNOW WHERE THEY WILL BE AND WHEN THEY ARE OPEN! Everybody should know about this place but it seems to be too much of a secret. Get the Birria with Consume' to dip it in. You will not be disappointed!
These peeps are simply amazing and the food is impeccable! The creativity, aesthetic and flavors of their food are next level and I cannot stop recommending this truck to everyone I know! I tried a variety of their menu items and the must tried are the BirriaRamen, Quesabirria and the Mexican hot dog to only name a few. Definitely pair those with one of their super vibrant drinks or horchatas!

Couldn’t be more surprised! The food is phenomenal! If you are looking for birria tacos/ramen/fries... this is the place! I also got some asada tacos and an asada quesadilla and they were better than any restaurant in Boise! The portions are big and you won’t be hungry! I also tried the mazapan horchata, which was bomb!
In 11/6/20, I visited the El Don food truck in Boise. I ordered the Mexican Style Hot Dog ($6), a Cup of Chili )$2.50) and a Carne Asada Taco ($1.75).\\n\\nThe Mexican style hotdog is wrapped in bacon and served with grilled onions, grilled peppers, spicy mayo, ketchup and mustard. Well there was nothing exceptional about the quality of the hotdog itself or bun, and it was a bit too heavily dressed, the combination of toppings were delicious. Despite the photo, this is not a very big hot dog and it is over priced.\\n\\nMy favorite item and the one I would return for again is the cup of chili. It has great flavor and is a bit spicy, which is how I like it.\\n\\nI didn’t care for the Carne Asada taco, but I did like both salsas.\\n\\nTo find El Don, like and follow them on their FB page.
