Great service this morning at Dutch bros! Always love the staff and their interaction. This location did a great job. We had two orders for a car and what could have been a lot of confusion over money but our server handled it well. Love this company! And the drinks fantastic. The app is easy to use and has great rewards. Definitely get the app. And always choose Dutch :-)
They used to be great until the pandemic hit. Ever since they remodeled their store its been narrowed down to one line and the staff seems kind of spacey and forgetful. I still love their drinks like the vampire slayer rebel but they aren't as fast as they used to be
there was a 16 year old girl there working in a blue hoodie today at 7/21/2022, she was the nicest person ever. We talked a lot about wages, life, tips, jobs, a lot. She gave me a lot of information and actually cared for me and provided great service, I have never wrote a review and never will again but she was amazing. No idea what her name was but she helped me at the Walk in, I was wearing a Idaho Pizza shirt, if you can tell her thank you for me!
Love Dutch Bros! I love the coffee, and I love each and every employee for their outgoing friendliness that makes the day better on every single visit. You guys are great! Definitely my favorite coffee place ever ❤️
This coffee must have improved. I bought it once and literally had to throw it in the garbage; I could not drink it. I remember distinctly thinking what a shame it was to put a full latte right into the Right Aid garbage can, it was so undrinkable. But this was about two years ago. Maybe they figured it out?
This is my closest Dutch to my house. I frequent this one multiple times a week. The last three times that I have come in the morning, they have had it blocked off. It's very frustrating when you're on a time schedule and need to get to work. I usually love this one but I will start going to another location since this one is not staffed to handle the volume of people.
so I came at 22:10 and left at 23:15 in line because they are very very slow and talk a lot 3 people inside
Used to stop thru here on my way to every one of my graveyard shifts. Staff was both incredibly friendly and fast with their service, never waited more than 15 mins to get thru. However I’ve now been forced to stop coming here almost entirely do to the insane wait times. Not sure if it’s due the change of staff, recent renovations, dropping from two lanes to one, or something else entirely but it now seems like regardless of how long or short the line is I always end up waiting far too long to reach the window. Whether it’s a four car line or eight car line, I nearly always end up waiting at least 30 mins. I have been late to work twice now due to these deceptively long wait times and I am not willing to leave my house an extra half an hour early just for a cup of coffee even though they are the only coffee shop in town open late at night. Hopefully they can make some improvements and get back to their speedy and friendly service.
Got stuck in the drive-through line for over 45 minutes while they did a shift change, and after that, they gave me the wrong drink (regular when I wanted decaf). Don’t go here at night, you will not have a fun time.
Stopped at the window on Milwaukee with my daughter and was helped by Sarah! She was so sweet and made us each such delicious drinks!
