No one there knows how to make a decent shot of espresso. It’s sad that this is what the “fad” is.
Went two times while in Idaho. Each time the kids working were over the top interactive without sounding fake. Great coffee. Probably the best one I have been to in Idaho or California. Thanks!
We got a pup cup and some drinks and everything was really fast for how long the line was, very friendly staff, very lovely people.

We went to the State Street location, and man, their parking lot is a hot mess. Trying to get in was a struggle but totally worth the wait. I tried a non fat, sugar-free caramelizer. I anticipated that it would taste terrible with an after taste, but you guys, my taste buds lit up. I'm almost worried maybe it wasn't diet friendly ?. The service was animated and uplifting. We will fight through the maze again ?.
Aside from the white chocolate mocha (which has chocolate milk in it) I haven't had a bad coffee from here and I'm sure if I wasn't a regular chocolate with coffee hater that one wouldn't have been so awful ? but let's be honest I wasn't not expecting chocolate in my white chocolate coffee.
