Always a fun and kind staff! They make my 'unusual/weird' drink perfectly every time!
We are absolutely in love with this Dutch Bros Coffee Shop. We love the the chain, of course, but there’s something special about the one on State St! The employees bring the magic and they always deliver on awesome drinks. Highly recommend. The drive-thru can get crowded. If there’s a line, be careful not to block the exit as you pull in!
Our coffees were fine but the service at the State St., Eagle location was terrible. We were made to wait while the employees all had to chat with some person in a pickup. I've never had that bad of service at any other Dutch Bros.
This has to be the absolute worst design and set up for a drive-thru coffee shop that is high-volume. Not only does it take up the alley, the line loops back on itself and drivers who are exiting can get out — the end of the line comes out to meet state street, so if drivers back up it is into traffic.
Asked for 3 shots in our 24oz. Just tastes like milk and being a chain coffee stand I expected the quality to be good like any of the chains in Washington. Huge mistake. Save your money if you want quality coffee this ain't it.
First time visiting this location. Aria was our server. She was super fun and carried a million dollar smile! My wife's new job is a 2 blocks away and is excited to be close to Dutch Bros. Thanks for the super fun service and great drinks!
I sat in line at this location behind one car that was already at the window for more than 5 minutes and the girl inside clearly acknowledged me as I pulled up. The car in front of me was turned off. After over 5 minutes they started the car pulled out of the line and pulled back in the line behind me. I ordered my drink and when the girl told me the price I joked that she was actually going to charge me after making me wait that long. I then explained to her that I'm currently working driving for Uber and Lyft and just had a customer cancel because it took so long. I explained to her that the courteous thing to do would be to have the car pull around, get me my drink and get me out of there then continue her conversation when there was no customers actually buying coffee. She asked me why I ordered coffee if I wasn't intending to pay and I explained to her that I was intending to pay and that I always tip I was just commenting about her customer service. I told her that the least she could do is humble herself and apologize for the delay as I was getting my phone to pay with the app and she told me to just leave the store. Man today's youth is something else.
Friendly Broistas, and the drinks ordered were made just right. The girl who took our order was very detail oriented and helped me get the exact drink I was hoping for, and the one at the window was friendly, pleasant, and engaged us in conversation helping the wait for our drinks pass quickly and pleasantly. Fantastic experience, well done to that location's staff!

Same thing happened before. I told them I had to catch a bus and that said they had it out in as quick as possible. 10 mins later, I miss my bus and still didn't get my drink.
