I am a so frustrated with this Domino's location!! I spent almost $50 on our order and it's my disabled brother's birthday so I bought him some cinnamon twist for dessert. However, they didn't get him any frosting to go with it. I called numerous times and they kept promising that somebody would bring it to us.... but nothing!! Now I have to go pick it up because I don't believe they will deliver it.
Ridiculous level of unprofessional assertive and demeaning customer service disrespectful and distasteful.staff is very unclean and work with bare hands, not one wearing gloves (even the people making pizzas)Staff member that greated our party of 6 was rude and unprofessional.I know this review will go completely unnoticed and the chain of Dominoes pizza will never improve customer service, cleanliness, and staff etiquette. Regardless of Dominoes' pizza' ignorance and carelessness of this location, this review is to warn any potential victims.Good luck ?
They’re short staffed tonight, but they still have the best customer service. Short staffing is hitting everyone hard. Thank you guys for your hard work, and a great attitude. Can’t wait for pizza!
We ordered pizza on Sunday from Chicago connection last Sunday and they said the order would take 1 hour out cost for 2 pizzas was $56. An hour and a half later called cause our order hadn't gotten here and they got was on the way. Almost an hour later they showed up with 2 cold pizzas that we couldn't tell apart (one was was a combination and one a meat lovers), needless to say we sent them back!!! Decided to order dominos, 50 mins later my pizza shows up hot, looking yummy and I only spent $16!!! I'll stick to my dominos from now one!!!!!
Tried to order the 1/2 price special online for 30 minutes. Their site wasn't working so I went by to make sure I hadn't multiple ordered and see what I needed to do. You'd think they would have an ounce of customer service but they actually told me they don't control the website. Went out to my truck and called to talk to the Manager Chelsea. Talk about a rude nasty person. ANY NORMAL BUSINESS would have just placed the order after I showed them the message their site was giving me but not them. This women needs customer service training. What a witch. This was the location on Fairview and 5 Mile in Boise ID.
They wouldn't make change for cash. I had to yell for 5 min to get someone's attention because they didn't have my drinks with my order or in the front cooler. And when we got home the cinnamon twists weren't cooked all the way and we were missing an entire pepperoni pie. Tried calling about the missing pizza, but was hung up on once ( couldn't hear me) . And sat on hold for over 30 min with no amswer. Terrible customer service!!!
Pizza was alright, however there was a lot of long hairs in it; which is disgusting. And second, for delivery I had in the notes “ PLEASE DO NOT KNOCK”, and the driver still knocked. It was 11pm at night, if someone puts in a note, I would assume the driver would listen to it. Especially since it was under “ delivery instructions”. Will NOT be ordering from this location again.
Best curb side i have been too. Prompt polite service. Great if you just want to grab and go.
Pizza delivered dripping in excess grease to the point it was inedible from how gross it was. Options for correcting the issue we’re a free pizza on next order at least 24 hours from now, or 20% back on our purchase. ? well done dominos. Bad food, bad service at this location
I am 50 years old. I have got a carry-out special from Domino's since I was 14. You can't get it unless you order it online. What the hell is going on. Now you teach children to be rude to 40-year customers on the telephone what is going on?? I'm pretty disappointed. Its another place gone down hill.
