My soda had no syrup, so it was just carbonated water, and the guac barely had any guac, it's literally 2 large pieces of avacodo that are too hard to eat that were covered in a thin layer of guac, I'd assume to hide the rest. I'm extremely disappointed. Would not recommend going to this location, and I will not be returning.
The service and food have gone downhill since we started going here almost a year ago. The carbon street tacos are tiny for the price. We ordered items that required utensils and none provided using the drive thru. Used to be our favorite fast food Mexican place but not so much anymore.
Accidentally messed up an order (spicy vs classic) didn’t eat them and immediately came back with my receipt explaining the mishap to see if they could swap them or refund it. They would not. It’s fast food. Shove the $12. Never coming back.
I recently moved back west from the East Coast where they don't have Del Taco, so it had been at least 20 years since I had it. Now I remember what I was missing. It's my go-to fast food now, and the crinkle fries are good too!
Great place can get busy at times. The positive with this place is it doesn't matter when you go nor if your walking or riding a bike. They will always serve you. That's huge cause most places require late at night when lobby is closed that you have a car. Manager even found my phone I lost outside and saved it for me. Great if you are just hungry and it's late or something.
All my tacos were broken, hardly any filling, a couple of my tacos had just cheese and lettuce (absolutely no meat). I gave it two stars because I normally enjoy this place however this last visit was so awful. There was no line so they can't blame it on being busy.
What's the point in ordering on the app at night and allowing a pick up option if you still have to go through the giant line and no one will run it out?Also, saw your staff in there (gal, long blonde hair in a ponytail), EATING FRIES while bagging people's food WITHOUT GLOVES. That's gross. ?Not to mention both of my BEYOND meat orders had CHICKEN in them. Wow. Why?! So disrespectful.I will not return to this location.
Overall a pretty great place for some quick tacos or burritos. Service has usually been pretty quick and the dining room was very clean. For how cheap the food is it's pretty delicious. Staff is also very friendly. I'd stop by if you have the chance. Just note their dining room is only open until 8pm, unlike their 24hr drive thru.
Not only was the staffing at this restaurant below average to say the least, but the food was prepared terribly. Dissatisfied with food items tasted like garbage. Drive thru crew here was lethargic, unaware, lazy and unprofessional. I will not return to this location until they fix their chain. My experience at this location was terrible. Some new management perhaps? Oh and Wrong or missing items. I recommend steering clear of this Del Taco.
Gonna be honest the manager (Julia) here is horrible. I was just waiting for my food as this lady went off on a bunch of her team members for forgetting to ask for hot sauce. It’s not a big deal lady. Degrading someone just because they made a mistake isnt ok. Having “discipline” conversations with people does not need to happen in front of other employees, and especially in front of customers.
