Lunch date with my wife. Waited over 5 minutes before someone said " I'll be with you in a minute " after each employee looked right at us.The food was very bland, tortilla was super dry, and the overall satisfaction is a 0 star. Also after about an hr of leaving the restaurant my wife and I got bad stomach pains and diarrhea,highly do not recommend.But I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap was definitely not they way. But we only had a 20 min lunch break.
No matter what they do they always manage to mess up on orders. I also weigh the products at home and they are constantly putting less in while charging for extras like lettuce, cilantro, onions, etc. And even when you get the extras it weighs less?? Riddle me that!
I always get the same thing soft chicken tacos and fries and it was tasty as always onlyproblem was they needed more chicken. Thier ground beef tastes like cardboard to me so it's chicken tacos and fries delicious
Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️. Piss poor customer service cold food burritos not rolled right. Chicken guacamole cold stail crispy shell's. Won't be going back. Wouldn't recommend anyone else going.
Brian and Carter were there by themselves tonight and they were not rude they were amazing with their customer service and they had the food out so fast and it was so packed because everything is so broke down right now and they just had a smile on their face and every order was perfect five stars
Went to this del taco at 10:30, lights were on, but no one talked through the speaker, we figured they were probably closed so we drove through, then saw some employees run inside from there car when they saw us. So we drove back through and sat there watching the employees scrambling behind the counter, but they still never acknowledged us after several minutes, so we left.
Do not order their vegan meat!!! Stupid me assumed they could get it right. Now I have spent my weekend with horrible stomach problems since I haven’t ate meat for a good portion of my life. Unbelievable that they would not double check something like this.
The lobby was closed but since I was on my Harley they let me order inside probably could have ate inside but I didn't want to be the only one inside when other people were knocking on the door.
Maybe they ran out of filling for my Classic chkn burrito?
Placed an order for delivery through Doordash. After waiting 20 minutes with a driver still unassigned, I canceled my order.I reordered through Uber Eats, paying extra to upgrade my order to "priority," to get my order quicker. Magically, Uber Eats had a driver available.When my order was delivered by UberEats 30 minutes later, one of my two quesadillas was missing, and the fries were cold.Being unable to drive - and with the lobby closed to the public every time I go by there- I have to rely on delivery, even though I live 1/2 mile away. I've been going to this location for the past 8 years, and every single time, there's something wrong with my order.
