Even though I repeated my order twice, because they didn't understand it the first time, they still got mine wrong, they forgot the cheese on my nieces burger, they forgot my sister's burger and fries, and even though my brother made them fill his blizzard more than it was it was still not full. We won't be going back to this dairy queen again!
Today's my Sons birthday...stood in line for literally 5-10min. Wasn't greeted, smiled at or anything. We were the only people in line too. Won't be back...
Just ordered a double fudge cookie dough with Reese's blizzard. I ordered one 2 days ago and it had no Reese's. I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and today it was made with out the Reeses again and vanilla ice cream it normally comes with chocolate.... The employee that made it was extremely low energy and didn't look like she even wanted to help me. I don't understand how she could mess up my ice cream while I was standing a few feet away the entire time. This location needs better employees. If they were paid a better wage they can be held at a higher standard. Don't waste your time or money on this establishment they clearly are just that, a waste.
We waited 45 mins for 3 ice cream items. Mind you there was only ONE car in front of us. By the time we got home 2 of them were completely melted as they made those first and we had to wait over 15 mins for the last ice cream (with no cars ahead of us). Looking at the previous reviews their long wait times have been an issue for months now. We won't be returning, melted ice cream with miniscule toppings is not worth a 45 min wait. Majority of all the ice cream options are vanilla ice cream with very little topping that correlated with the flavors they offer.
Poor service! Made my order online and waited 30 minutes after the pick up time. Not only did they ignore customers in line and not take orders! They closed the lobby and told nobody! Customers were confused! Never coming again!!!!
When we got there they were out of alot of items, it wasn't even noon??Unfortunately they are understaffed, but we appreciate them trying to compromise with us.
Usually fresh food but ALWAYS the best frozen treats. They are typically pretty busy so if you aren't in a hurry, this is a good option. The ice cream cakes are so fun for birthdays and special summer occasions. Don't forget to check out the custom options they have. Cheers. Yummy eats.
My fry's we're soggy and my pretzel sticks were burnt I also only ordered one order of pretzel but they charged me and gave me two when I try to ask about it they rushed me out of their way

Treat day, from Keto. Yummy toffee blizzard. Bottom of cup was mostly vanilla, so would have loved to have it mixed better.
