The food is outstanding!! The staff at both the Boise and Meridian restaurants we have been to were wonderful! I must give huge props to the Boise staff, though!! They were under intense pressure on May 4th due to the celebration and they worked flawlessly to serve all quickly and kindly! There wasn't a line, when by all rights there should've been due to the celebration prices. We will return to both!!

Staff awas helpful explaining our options and making recommendations. We got one B Bop and one Ugly bop with extra meat. Delicious. 5 on the spice scale was perfect

Good Korean food. Especially recommend the fried chicken. The noodles were a little bit weird, But other than that no complaints. Service was good

This place is awesome! Food is always great! Staff is friendly, and it’s always a great vibe. Only issue is that they are definitely slower at getting your order out and ready than any of the other cup bops around.

I love CupBop!! I feel like I have it at least once a week. The food is always so delicious, perfect temperature and perfect quantity. I love the sauce, although I typically go on the sweeter end and less spicy. I like between 3 and 5. The Chicken and Mandoo are my favs, although the beef is delicious as well. I tell literally everyone I can about how great their food is.

My experience with CUPBOP has always been amazing. I first learned about them when I worked at a call center that’s currently closed now. They had a food truck they’d take and once a week I’d get them. At the time they only had a food truck. Since then they now have a few restaurants. I live in Boise so I get from the restaurant in Boise but I have gotten from the one in Eagle. At both places the experience was great. The food has always been amazing. I always get the KKO cup because it’s my favorite. They aren’t stingy with how much they give you and you can choose your own spice level between 1-10. I used to get 7, but after a few pregnancies I can no longer eat spicy stuff. I only like non-spicy. I get the two and it does leave my tongue tingling but it’s not bad. If you love spice and Korean bbq this is definitely a must try!!

I come in here all the time. Love the food and staff is awesome. Very happy with the GF options, especially the GF breaded chicken!I just called to see if they were open but hung up after seeing on google that they were because I didn't want to waste their time. But they called me back apologizing for missing the call (they didn't, i had hung up) which adds to how good this place is.

A really good place for a delicious lunch, and spice levels to match whatever you want (I like mine extra hot!). Don't forget a side of gyōza as a great addition to your meal! They also have vegetarian and gluten free options for all who want them (I love the fried tofu dish). Check this place out if you are downtown, or stop by their food truck if you see it for a quick break from daily life.

Location is the reason for 4 stars, I hope they expand in Boise! This is the only one and it’s downtown. But here comes the good stuff: the rest of it.This is a great place to start for Korean cuisine!!

Amazing food and some of the friendliest service I've had. Pro tip: if you like spice, start at the 7.5 and move up from there. I started at 6 and while it tasted amazing, it didn't really have the spice i was looking for.
