Absolutely yummy cheesecake ice cream but pretty spendy!
The young employee working here lacked any kind of customer service. Both employees felt it was necessary to discuss non urgent business instead of helping us. The candies were also pretty stale. Overall I was pretty disappointed.
I've never met worse business owners in my life. Conrad Lee treats his employees like dirt.
Rude employees. I ordered online, came in to the store and stood under the sign that said online orders and all 4 employees, not actively helping others, ignored me. I asked where I had to stand to be helped, and then they asked my name. They hadn’t even started my order, so I had to wait. I had requested that my order be flash frozen, since I don’t live close. When they handed me my order they said since they made it while I was standing there they couldn’t flash freeze it. Stupid! I feel because I was older than everyone there, employees and other customers, they didn’t want to wait on me.
My order has been canceled for the 3 rd time on grub hub with cold stone !!! I ordered at 8:40 pm .. it says on the app coldstone closes at 9:30 am but on here it says 9am .. as the customer that’s extremely confusing and makes me very upset with this miscommunication from the app to your website ! Very unhappy ! However why was my ordered canceled ? I still ordered before you guys closed ..
As many others reviews, I have to agree, under staffed, over worked and unsanitary. I walked out after watching a employee pick his nose and didn't even wash his hands!
Never order on Uber Eats! They will rob you! Pay 90cents for each extra and they never put them in the ice cream!
If you know me you know I typically do not complain publicly. However… DO NOT SUPPORT COLDSTONE CREAMERY!!My 15 year old daughter has had the worst first job experience at Coldstone Creamery in Meridian. Same owner/operator as the Vista location. I am including a copy of my Yelp review and am encouraging EVERYONE … DO NOT SUPPORT these people/business.More and more former employees are reaching out to my daughter sharing similar experiences and encounters with the manager Conrad Lee and his sister Brooke. They are bullies and do not deserve to run a business. Their father owns both of these locations and I think they must feel very entitled. They have yelled at the girls, talked down to them and used profanity. Luckily all of this is recorded on both voice recording and on video. If anyone else has a similar story as a former employee or parent please message me. This treatment cannot be allowed to continue.
Refuses to give any kind of help for items not delivered through their website. I did not use a 3rd party to order, I ordered through their website and I was refused any kind of help and refused a refund.
As usual it is highly recommended! Very friendly staff! Nice atmosphere and smell and setting. Different ice-cream flavors and add-ons and cones ! I had a chocolate dipped cone chocolate and coffee icecream scoops and I added chocolate chips! It was so delicious! Going back soon!!!
