Great beer, nice deck, cool misters, but vegetarian food options are lacking in all ways, and nothing tasty and vegan. Have surcharge for replacing bacon with tempeh? The most creative seasoning for tempeh is salt and pepper?No veggie burger option? Bathroom without changing table? Just doesn't stack up to other Boise options.
Just got home from Cloud 9. Waited 1 hrs and 45 mins for our food. No offers of free beverages, desert, nothing. I understand staffing is an issue right now. The problem I have is if that was the case, it needs to be communicated. Tell your customers what you are experiencing. Don't let us sit and rot waiting for food and once it shows up, it's barely warm. We won't be back.
Been going to Cloud 9 for years. Always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. However, the service is always slow which is fine if you're expecting it. Went there last week and had the worst service. No explanation from the server. Food took over 90min. Came out cold. No apology from the staff. Tried to contact the manager bit they never responded. Will NEVER go back.
Service is fast, friendly and comfortable. Outdoor sitting is clean, and pet friendly! Inside is open, the feeling you get before even talking to someone is very welcoming. One of those places where, if you come by yourself, you don’t feel awkward! Now let’s get down to the food and drinks…. WOW, everything I’ve tried so far is fresh, and amazingly good. They have house specials daily! Just ask the bartender/ server what specials are going on for the day.I recommend this place if you are wanting something that isn’t to crazy with a 5 page menu and millions of options. It’s a great place to go! You aren’t waiting forever to get your food either!
They have vegan and GF options. Only two cider options but, good service. However, they did run out of many different foods like bacon, avocado, burgers and pecans. Maybe, arrive at happy hour and youd be safe!
Fantastic. This place was good the day it opened and it's gotten better every day covid or not. Bearded dude with the glasses was running the FOH flawlessly last time I was in and the finger steak special was spot on. This is legitimately one of the best spots for a beer and a bite in the entire state. No joke. I've been here 20 ish times and it's better every single time.
Love everything here , beer ?, services and vibes . Also you must try their cream brûlée is soooo good . We will be back soon :
Nice atmosphere and setting. Nice seating area outside! Very friendly staff. I had a saison smash French style ale. It was good. They serve food but I didn't try it . It is recommended!
Amazing heer and food. A great local hidden away place. If you haven't tried this place you must!
Had lunch here, they over rang my credit card by 20.00. When contacted manager them they just laughed. Had to contact my credit card co for a refund.
