Despite no warning online they were closed at 5pm on a Sunday - a carnitas burrito still sounded good so I drove to the village Chipotle in Meridian afterwards and they were out of steak, chicken, pork, barbacoa , chips, and guacamole so I left there, too. I won’t be back for while get it together Chipotle.

Food is excellent as usual but your store is woefully understaffed. These poor kids were scrambling, store was a mess no ice and no promo lemonade. Staff better!

Love it. Haven't had it in 2 yrs since leaving Pittsburgh. Saw one in Boise and went. First location was closed due to staffing issues so I certainly drove to the next one with limited hours. Everyone has their problems but it was worth the extra 4 miles. Great food. Dude that ran cashier was way cool too. Very friendly staff. Thank you.

I am so impressed with the staff here today, especially the manager (I failed to catch her name but she was so kind and patient.) Their payment system went down so they could only take online orders. The situation was handled calmly and professionally. It was right during the busy lunch rush, yet they managed to keep up with the orders and took care to make sure they were done well and correctly. It was so refreshing and encouraging to see great customer service like that. And of course, the food was delightful as always!

Wildly inconsistent. I order the same thing every time and I truly don’t know what I’m going to get. Ordered a salad and it was more like a soup…with a lettuce garnish. It tastes fine and is a convenient location which is why I go back but….This may be the last time.

I feel like there’s always something with this chipotle. This was the final visit from me though. Today they were out of white rice (I got there at 6pm, it’s understandable if I was coming in right before closing). Brown rice it is, I guess. The rice was horrible. It tasted like it wasn’t even cooked, incredibly hard. And the cilantro wasn’t even chopped up. I just kept biting clumps of stems. It was a rough and last visit for me at this chipotle.

i used to work at chipotle back in 2009-2011 as an assistant manager. their quality has gone waaayyy down throughout the years. food is still okay, but not as good as it used to be. i still go from time to time for the nostalgic reasons. but the cleanliness has gone down, food quality has gone down, even the customer service did too. i am speaking for all of the chipotle in the treasure valley area. :*(

As many others have mentioned, this location had an “online only” handwritten sign posted upon walk in. The gal that I spoke to said their “POS system was down”. Frustrating as it felt like an excuse and this is not the first time I’ve encountered it. Based on other reviews, don’t expect any consistency from this Chipotle. There were customers inside, they were cleaning the restaurant and facilitating online orders; however, when I went to immediately order online during business hours I couldn’t do so because the app would not allow orders to be placed.Unfortunate as the food is good, but I won’t be returning.

I like the food enough that I come back but it's not the greatest experience. Parking lot can be tricky when full. Plan on them not accepting cash just to be safe because it seems random that they won't accept cash some days. There to-go system isn't great either and my food sat on the wrong shelf for a long time.

This particular Chipotle is a bit awkward. Sometimes they are fully staffed and you can place an order online or walk up and place your order. Sometimes they are severely understaffed and you can only place your order online, or even once they were closed. This time, they had a sign up for online orders only yet I saw a couple of people come up as walk-in orders.Regardless, the food is really good! The staff are typically very pleasant and the restaurant is clean. I bit of an extra step in that they don’t automatically give you fork, knife, napkins, or the like, but it isn’t like you have to look very hard to find these items.I used to really like Qdoba more, but Chipotle has been outshining them as of late. And this Chipotle has been my regular go to location.
