Probably one of the better experiences I have had dining out in a while! Great service, great food and a very reasonable price.This is one of the best Carne Asada's I have had.
I used to love this place I used to go there every year on my birthday! If food is really gone downhill like they're microwaving food now or something!
We were looking for a really good hamburger and were not disappointed. Friendly wait staff and high standards from the kitchen make Chili's a great neighborhood eatery.
Promptly seated then ignored for 20 minutes. No drinks, no idea who our waiter was. So just got up and left. Was also kind of gross in there. ??
Restaurant was only about half full when my family arrived. Stood in the entry way completely ignored for a long time as employees walked by. Eventually got seated and drink order taken. Drinks were wrong. Waiter returned after 10 minutes to take our simple order. Food didn’t come for 40 minutes. Waiter didn’t bring all the food we ordered. Had to ask twice for the whole order to be filled. Waited another 10 minutes for the check, and had to flag down another waiter to get it. Food order was entered wrong making our $53 bill $84. Had to wait longer to get the right bill. I can’t remember having a worse dining experience.
had a call in order for my family tonight. im at work and figured it would be an easy thing. i could just run home, grab my coworkers and mine and come back to work. my meal was forgotten, as well as my coworkers, but they remembered our salads!!!! thanks guys! at least my wife and children got to eat.EDIT: same night, two minutes later.... just went to eat my salad.... no fork. checked the bag, nothing.... not even a napkin. called my wife, nothing in their bags. this place sucks.
Got to the restaurant and waited 10 minutes and no one came to address us. A second party arrived and waited also. Finally the second party got upset and found a waitress. They came and told us it would be another 40 minutes before we could be seated. They are short staffed but by looking at the areas they where only 1/3 full except for the bar. We left due to wait times and wife being in low blood sugar. I will stay out of the college area due to other restaurants having the same problem.
I have tried to give this place a chance. I have ordered from here multiple times. One time the food was cold and didn't notice until I got home so tried to cook it myself. Another time I ordered salmon and was given grilled cheese so had to go back. Today I called and tried to order and was put on hold. I hung up after 6 mins and tried to call back with no answer, twice. Tried to order online but they want phone, email, make, model and color of your car.
Server was okay food was terrible. Shredded cheese was moldy, who brings it moldy cheese? Steak was also just okay but had way to much pepper and no salt. Paid over $50 for 2 meals and 2 sodas that weren't even eaten
You couldn't pay me to go back. Server was rude, forgot several things. Maybe don't drink on the job. Hamburger was cold slimy and raw in the center.
