I prefer to go to the one on Franklin because they are fast and organized and polite and the staff isn't spacey. The store here for online pickup takes a long time and the staff doesn't really acknowledge you. It took 15 mins for a staff member to ask me if I have been helped and it took another 10 mins to make my order when there was no line of cars. Also why is the pick up shelf where no one can grab their order and go behind the counter now? I haven't had this issue at other locations

Picked up food through the drive through, ordered 8 count grilled nuggets in a large combo. Upon getting home, there was only 4 nuggets in the bag, and the employees claim that it was checked by multiple different employees, and refused to make amends. Will not be going to this location anymore due to lack of quality control.
Great service as always. Staff does an amazing job at keeping the dining room clean and taking my money! They keep doing it and I keep going back.
Very clean and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and efficient service and great food! The flowers on each table was a wonderful touch and the kids very much enjoyed the play area!
The service was extremely fast and the food was hot and very Gand very good my 18 month old played in the play area so friends and I could visit as their children played as well it was a nice afternoon
When I need nuggets, I always hit Chick fil A. They make the best chicken in town, hands down. Get 10 of them with waffle fries and an ice cream cone and you can't get a better meal. This location is always super busy but the drive thru line moves quickly and the employees are really friendly. Sometimes I have to wait but that just means my food is fresh so I can't complain.

Busiest I've seen during a lunch rush and the wait was minimal. Friendly service to boot. Favorite part was the manager cheering his crew through, working just as hard.Thank you guys!
