Food is mid, honestly not worth the price. This is a “white people taco” place fyi, if you were looking for authentic you are looking in the wrong place. Our mistake was trusting Google before looking up the $4 tacos ?
All of the meats that I tried were very well seasoned and flavorful. All of the house salsas were very well done. I highly recommend the Idaho mint lemonade. My one issue, which I'm sure is not an issue usually was that after I had finished eating at the bar I waited around 30 minutes for any staff to ask if I needed anything else or if I wanted to order more. I eventually just had to ask someone if I could get my check. But I will definitely be back for more.
Best taco I ever ate in America. There are so many flavor in the taco. Perfectly balanced with proteins. After eating whole tacos and washing my hand, it still remain some flavor in my washed hand. Then you know how strong the flavor it is.
This was quite the unexpected treat. The al pastor was great with just the right amount of pineapple to get a hint of sweet. The portobello was delicious. Earthy and rich and beautiful. But the Baja specialties were a true delight! Bright and flavorful, crisp and savory. So darn good I ordered more. The outside seating and excellent selections of music were just bonuses. Can't wait to go back.
Burt al pastor. Cold carne asada. Don't get a to go order without checking your food. Over priced and definitely only for drunk people desperately needing food late at night
I’ve been a fan of the Village location for years. My service dog and I tried the Downtown Boise location for the first time and they went above and beyond. Too marks. Must try.
Great happy hour... Huge chips & salsa, plus gotta love handmade blue corn tortillas!Carnival was pretty good.
Enjoying happy hour at Calle 75. Delicious Carne Asada Tacos and Delightful Margaritas. And service is fast, friendly and attentive.
Went to Calle 75 today after a Bike ride, we forgot our bike lock so we ordered from the take out window. When we realized a seat was open at the window where we could keep any eye on our bikes we went inside to wait (and eat) our food. Shortly there after we were met with a rude waitress who told us we had to leave. I explained to her that we ordered food from the window and changed our mind and decided to eat it here, she then again told us we had to leave because we ordered takeout. I reiterated we already paid for our food and tipped and that we changed our minds about taking the food to go an would like to eat the food there ( the restaurant was empty with the exception of two other guests). The waitress told us to leave and wait outside for our food. I was dumbstruck!! I could not believe this was happening and my daughter and girlfriend couldn't either. The couple that were the only other patrons in the restaurant also told us they couldn't believe what was going on. So we stood outside Calle 75 for 25 mins waiting for our food. What happen to customer service!!?? This is the most off putting behavior have ever experienced at a restaurant. Gave one star because zero stars was not an option.
Mike the owner sat down with and explained the catering process. Couldn't be happier!! Great tacos and salsas!!
