I have a mixed bag about our experiences at this coffee shop. We are Dutch brothers for the most part, but since moving to this part of Boise we have given this coffee shop a couple of shots. Our first couple of experiences were great. And then we had a couple of experiences that weren’t so great. Mostly involving the fact that to be honest our coffee experience in part revolves around our dog. I think this place gets its but fails to hit the mark with every employee. But that’s fine. I think that they need to keep that in mind if they want to keep a certain repeat customer. I don’t want to spend 10-20$ on 2 coffees and have my wife in tears because she didn’t get the dog bone for our dog. Somewhat stupid? Yes. But don’t bring it the first time if your not going to do it every time. Respectfully.
I would swing by here at least 3x a week for the last 6 or so months. Over this time, my order is messed up in some way at least once a week. If not more.The atmosphere is great. Anytime I have gone inside to study, it's been an ideal environment. The coffee is fine, but the food is pretty good. The times I've interacted with the older barista (I think she's some form of management there), she's been great.However, the sheer amount of times my order has been messed up is ridiculous. The baristas are lukewarm at best. Not friendly, but not overtly rude. But they absolutely don't care if you don't get what you paid for.As a side note, management should really look into training their drive-through employees on basic etiquette.For instance, do not reach into people's cars to give their dog a treat before asking. Especially when there is a giant sticker on the car window that says not to feed the dog.Overall, would not recommend.
Good coffee and service, they let non-service dogs in the building though.
I have been relentlessly searching for the perfect coffee shop in Boise and to no prevail. I stumbled upon Cafe Capri and absolutely fell head over heals in love. There was this wonderful barista named Zoe that completely stole the show! She made me the cutest latte and has mastered the skill set of latte art. Not only was it the most delicious latte that I have ever had… IN MY LIFE!!!… but it had the cutest leaf design that just made my day!!!! 10/10 recommend but I will only be going back if Zoe is on shift!
We were on our way up to the spa in Idaho city had to get a coffee ☕️ for the 45 minute trip. Also had the breakfast burrito (so yummy). Nothing better than a beautiful drive with a awesome cup of coffee. THANKS
Congratulations!!! Your cashier's desire to talk to her friend while customers were waiting in line to order, just cost you a big order. Hope you enjoy NOT getting paid or tipped. Terrible customer service!! Would give 0 stars if possible.
One of the best coffee shops on this side of town! Staff is friendly and so awesome! Drinks are also well made!
The best caramel macchiatto I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Treat yourself to excellent customer service and excellent coffee.
Clean cafe area, good Americano and free wifi for paying customers. Didn't try any food items. Busy, so I knew this was a good place.
