Yumm! Great place to go for fresh food that’s a bit more exotic, healthy, and affordable. It’s similar to Panera in a lot of ways except it’s more A-la-Carte style and you don’t have to wait for them to make it - it’s all made as you walk through the line like Chipotle. They also give everyone a free chocolate-dipped strawberry as a desert treat with your meal!
To start off we all know in restaurants/fast food, mistakes happen. 1) There was a hair in my salad 2) I found a lady bug in it too! Yes a freaking LADY BUG! They gladly replaced it for me but when I got their I saw 2 people without hats or even just a hairnet. I also saw a guy with a bandaid looking thing on his neck that was barely hanging on. Not to mention the phone call I made to tell them about the issue, the guy didn’t sound remorseful or apologetic at all, super short. I don’t mean to be a Karen but worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.
My granddaughter got me hooked! They have great salads, and quite a few choices. They also have wonderful soups! I like the Potato Green Chili one. It's not hot-just a yummy mix things that make a Great soup!! You have got to try it! She loves the Tomato Basil!!
Paid $14 for a poorly made soup and a salad with little to no fruit on it . This zupas used to be great but lately the food is super inconsistent. Even the strawberry was extreme small. Why would they even bother to dip it? It’s sad how their employees don’t care like they used to. I was a regular customer but now I definitely won’t go back for a while.
This location has the best staff! I came in asking for special recommendations due to a severe food tomato allergy that I have. All the staff all the way down the food line were extremely friendly and assuring me with kindness to be careful of keeping my food separate from Tomato. Extremely positive and genuine staff! Love this Zupas location! The whole team was super friendly and made me feel great. They even went out of their way to help me get everything I needed. Total satisfaction. Would recommend 100%
The staff here was amazing and super friendly, my last few visits to varies Café Zupas across town have been undesirable. But the staff working on 2/2/22 at 5pm. Shift killed it! I had an online order and they made everything smooth and delightful! They should all get a thriving wage!!
Went to Zupas in Boise for the first time today. I could not find one clean table to sit at all along the windows and they were never cleaned even once the whole time I was there even though group after group would sit down at them, leaving even more food and crumbs. I found a small square table in the center part of the room near the beverages. The floors were littered with food and dirt. The place was really really dirty! It made me wonder what the kitchen must look like. Especially in these times, when everyone freaks out if something is not sanitized, I was just amazed that this establishment was not kept to a shine. I am giving this post one star only because the soup I ate was delicious. I will never go back.
Me and my best friend loved this place we go there at least once every two weeks there's soup is wonderful, actually everything is great and the the employees are super kind. I advise everyone to try everything on the menu because it's so great and delicious
Amazing quality of food and fast service! Food is very filling for such low calories. Definitely recommend.
