I went here for the first time on Friday June 24th. Worst experience ever. One if the girls was extremely rude. I talked to the manager Hannah. She was nice. You can talk to her. I will never go back to this location I work at St Lukes so it's very close. You probably don't care since u get so much business but I hope you will reach out to me.
Easy going, laid back atmosphere with a variety of different salads, soups, and sandwiches. I have been here twice over the last couple of weeks, and it was enjoyable both times. I have tried the soups, but I usually order one of their many salads. The salads are tasty, good size, with a wide variety of toppings. I would definitely recommend this place.
The tofu was NOT grilled… it was completely raw tofu.. so I didn’t even eat my sandwich. I had a few bites and even after taking the tofu off it just wasnt that good.. the cashier was apathetic & clearly doesn’t like his job. But I get it, it’s rough out there for all of us. The womens bathroom sinks water pressure was no more than a trickle.. I had high hopes for this place but was overall disappointed.
Was not real eased with my salad I don't like how you can have 2 protein and this and that it was really not a great salad for the price. My husband's sandwich took awhile to get it I was half done when he finally received his lunch. He said it was dry and not alot of flavor. The drinks also had no flavor fused watering. It just was not what we expected and cost alot for 2 of us.
Great food, very friendly staff. Not the employees fault, but the online ordering system seems broken - I placed an order online for a single meal ~10 minutes prior to arriving, and waited in the lobby watching walk-in customers receive their orders for about 15 minutes before mine was done. Rather frustrating to order online in the hopes of skipping the line, only to find out it would've been quicker just wait to in line after all.
Cafe Zupas is fine!!! Wish they didn't make you order your food twice, but what can you do. Old people love it! Feels like one of the healthier things you can get in a "fast casual" setting.
I love Zupa’s food. I placed an online order to skip the line. It came out 20 minutes late. Could of waited in line and gotten my food faster. The person bringing out the online orders was curt when people were asking about their orders. If you want your order at lunch time when they are busy, order for a time earlier then you plan to pick up.
Nice location for a bite before a softball game. The staff was great, vey friendly. The food is high quality and hits the spot.
Ordered soup and salad from here. Large rice and chicken soup was 1/3 gone and watery with not much rice or anything in it. Salad was a jumbled mess, paid 75 cents for cheese and see the photo of what they gave. I know that isn’t much but seriously. Also ordered the potato soup and it was not very good. If all you donis soups and salads i would think that they would be decent, but nope.
Their clam chowder is beyond subpar. The worst I have had in my life. I love clam chowder and try it every where I go. This wasn’t even close. Five small diced potatoes the size of a dime, two clams, random ground-up herbs and water. This would have been a perfect herb/water soup, tasted liked it too. I couldn’t believe how bad it was, I started laughing. You get one shot in life, don’t blow it. First impressions are everything.
