Ordered online. Order was supposed to be ready by 840. Finally received food at 9 o’clock. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all. People walking in and ordering were receiving food right away. Also ran out of the protein I ordered while waiting the extra 20 minutes. Cashier tried his best by offering free dessert and checking on order
Paid for extra meat in Reality I paid for extra cheese like how hard is your job? The Employees are hella rude when there busy an they don’t seem to care at all even management at this location is rude
I stopped by on my way to Eugene from Logan and was very impressed with this location. The store is very clean, staff friendly. The staff even happily made me a few corn tortillas for my salad as I cannot eat flour. On the way out I spoke briefly with the manager and mentioned how fantastic this location is, especially compared to the Logan location. He gave all of the credit to his staff. Clearly this guy knows what he’s doing
YUM!!!! Chicken nachos are so delicious and they are so fast. It's as fast as a drive thru!
The sweet pork meat was a little too juicy & it made my tacos pretty soggy. They just needed to strain it a little more. And I hadn't been there in years so I wish they wouldn't have assumed I knew what I should get and not make me ask for the rice and beans which were included in the meal. Good flavor like I remember!
The meal was delicious. All 3 of us enjoyed every bite. The tortillas were so fresh and yummy. The pork was the best I've had.
I would not recommend this place it is way too expensive for what they give you. The burrito that I got said it was $10.99 and when they ring it up it came out to around $18 for one burrito not worth the price. I felt like I was ripped off and would not recommend anybody else to go here.
Food is always really good, although lately the staff has been rude and dismissive, not doing things they could do and being disrespectful about it. Timeliness doesn't exist, nor does work ethic. Bottom line, the only good thing is the food. Try to keep conversation and interaction with staff to a minimum. Ugly personalities.Edit:Just got home to find out they screwed up my order. Nice. Like I said no work ethic. Just trying to make the paycheck and screw everyone in their way. Yikes.FIND NEW STAFF ASAP
The food has always been great. It's always fresh and cooked perfectly. I'm taking one star away because the tables are generally dirty, even if they have just opened. I'm not really sure why that is. That being said, I'd rather the food be great, and thankfully it is.
Pretty good food! Great portions for the prices!
