I love this place, the cashiers, thewaiters/treses the bar people, but your cooks need to learn TO REEEEEAD! I’m allergic to a few things, I order all the time, I never complain when your cooks are smartssses and not put a bun on my burger, but when I ask specifically to remove everything I’m allergic to, you can assume I’ll be furious when the box of fries was 3 days old at least stuck together hard as a rock and everything I’m allergic to all over my burger, and it wasn’t even placed like normal they just threw on there, I didn’t ask for a refund because I like the people there except the cooks, JUST CHECK ON YOUR COOKS!!! They are losing their clocking way

I love the food and drinks! Always good and consistent, great size wings with lots of sauce. Where my most recent experience fell short was the service, or lack thereof. This location (I can’t conclusively speak for any other locations) has moved to scanning a QR code and ordering from your phone. This experience felt very disingenuous. If I wanted to order from my phone and have it brought out to me I would doordash or do an order pickup. I think this also really puts the servers at a disadvantage because they rely on tips to make a livable wage and people are less inclined to tip if they aren’t actually served. Although the food was great, they need to bring back actual service because it did not feel like the restaurant experience I went there for.

Don't waste your time AND don't waste your money. Went shortly after opening - place was empty but took a really long time to get food - which wasn't even that good. They were disorganized and the chicken was tough to boot. Avoid!

This place is great for lunch. I loved it, their boneless wings are good.

The wings were over done and dry. And the celery sticks were rotting. I cut the ends off them but two of them were too far gone to salvage. Won't be back.

Great place to eat. Great food and a place you can have fun and comfortably dine in.. it's also a great place to people watch. Which I love to do. They were slammed with two party's and lots of people. They still got the food out incredibly fast with great customer service only having one waiter on staff... I was very impressed with the waiter and the manager. The manager stepped up and waited tables with his waiter to help out and the kitchen also stepped it up delivering food etc. You guys Rock thank you.

Placed an order for delivery through BWW website. Website stated it would be 45 minutes. 40 Minutes after ordering someone from door dash reached out because the store location told them it would be over an hour. I don't know why the delivery driver is the one contacting me to let me know that my order is delayed when I placed the order with your company. In addition, why are we being told at the time of delivery that it is going to be 3x the wait. I called the location and spoke with someone there and they admitted that not only was their location full but they were short staffed. If we were informed of the correct wait time an hour earlier we would have made other arrangements but we cannot get the decent follow up from the store that our wait is going to be extremely delayed. That the drive has to be the one to contact the person to explain the issues from the store location. I want to know what BWW is going to do to make this right for the loyal customers. I get it there is a labor shortage but this has been going on for months. Why does BWW not make the changes it needs to make and why does it throw its customers and delivery drivers under the bus by not communicating with its customers with actual information? I am beyond frustrated.

My experience was okay, up until ponytails. The big dude with the ponytails was beyond disrespectful & had a bad attitude for absolutely no reason. My friends & I had a table full of food & I asked for a few boxes & he gave us a small box enough to fit an order of fries while standing there with a serious look on his face. I pointed it out to my server & he apologized but if anyones apologizing then I apologize he has to deal with that dude. Ridiculous & pointless attitude at that point.

We had eight guys show up to watch opening games of March Madness in downtown Boise. We were told to order from the app. There were only five employees out front to handle a full house! The app orders took at least one hour to get beers and 90 minutes for food. We finally went to the bar and paid cash for pitchers of over-priced generic beer. My food order never did arrive! For a National chain to not be prepared for MM basketball is not acceptable, especially when their ads encourage big crowds…Find another venue for your sports experience!

Julianne answered the phone at Buffalo Wild Wings and helped me put together a surprise birthday gift for my grandson who attends Boise State and loves the wings. She provided even more than I imagined and all Zach had to do was call and arrange a pick-up time for the gift. Thank you, Julianne!
