We had never had birria tacos before. These are hands down the best tacos I have ever had. 1 order comes with 3 tacos and a cup of deliciousness to dip them in. It is kind of like a French dip. The quesadilla were ok, the ramen was not my favorite, but those tacos are life changing. ?
Great street tacos for only $2 each. Barrio tacos are $4 each and really good
Delicious! I stopped by with my girlfriend because yelp said this was the best place to get tacos in the treasure valley and that was definitely a fact. We will be back soon!!
Not sure where this burria craze came from, but I’m 100% you should try them at Bronco Tacos. Let me start by saying there is nothing healthy about this plate, but it will be good for your soul. All that tender, flavorful, juicy, fatty meat. All that melty, deliciously stringy cheese. That dipping broth that’s so good you end up drinking it. Burria tacos at Bronco Tacos was so good I was planning my next visit before I finished my meal.
Ordered the two specialties, the ramen birria and birria quesadilla, and they were both great. Great idea to use the consome to make ramen. Never seen that before. Just watch out, cause it's super hot. I let it cool off for 15 minutes and it still burned the s**t out of my lip. It could use more spice, but better to add it for yourself.
Outstanding food at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. My brother and I try to go once a week since its on our way home!
Stumbled upon them while we were out and boy are we glad we did! The owner is incredibly friendly and so nice, and the food is amazing! The Quesabirra taco plate is heavenly and soooo good! Definitely recommend to anyone and we will most definitely be coming back!

Visiting from out of town. The birria tacos and birria quesadilla were spectacular!! Would definitely recommend. Fast service. Both green and red salsas are delicious, but the red one has some major heat so be ready for that. Definitely try this place!!
