Delicious food that you can feel good about eating. I've been roaming Boise looking for a tasty burger, and was very happy with the Bison burger here. Staff was very friendly and full of positive energy. My only gripe is that the Bourgeois fries were overly salted and seasoned to the point I could not finish the, which was upsetting because it was delicious! I will definitely be going here again!
Terribly disappointed. The fries were soggy and burnt at the same time. They keep the skins on the fries and a few of the fries were actually just skin remnants. The flavor of the fries are buried in burnt oil flavor.
Absolutely abhorrent quality of toilet paper, truly some of the worst I've ever had to use in my life I don't even know where they got this stuff. It's literally like a roll of dryer sheets. If you plan on using the restroom here, consider running to one of the places across the street. This is not the area to cheap out BFC!
Haven't been to Boise Fry company in many years and decided to try it again. The food was ok but not worth the high price. Customer service was great!
My son and I absolutely love Boise Fry!!! Food is always great, service is excellent!!! I even ordered my burger wrong today (long fun weekend so my brain wasn’t working). No questions asked, they fixed it for me!!!! ❤️
Always delicious but I do wish they had the shapes and varieties that they did when they first opened this restaurant. I'd say they comfortably have 3 or 4 types of fries.
Well … as it turns out the fries were just OK but the burger and Brussels sprouts were absolutely wonderful! I had the sweet potato fries and they were tasty but not crispy. You can dress everything up with a lot of different sauces and flavored salts. Highly recommended if you’re in the mood for a burger and fries and brussels sprouts
This location never picks up the phone which is frustrating. I ordered a burger that had all the right ingredients but unfortunately the burger was as hard as a puck. I tried to call back to see if I could get another order made but no one picked up after several calls. Today I went to call them again. Called 4 times after confirming the number. I just wanted to get a order of Brussels for take out which were delicious last time. I will not be returning to this franchise.
Variety of fries to choose from. Buns on the burger were amazing, they purchase their dough locally and it tasted fresh.
Amazing restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff made us feel not only welcome, but highly valued as customers. All of the different ketchup and seasoning options made for a delightful evening experimenting with flavors. Everything tasted amazing. They also made it gluten free for our celiac. We will definitely be returning again and again.
