We came here on a whim because we were downtown, hungry, and wanted to try burgers and fries from a local place. This place is fantastic, we’ll be coming back again for sure!!We got regular red potato fries smothered in cheese, and they were amazing. Their hamburgers are super simple, but very high quality and tasted delicious. Our kids also liked their grilled cheese sandwiches.

Ordered their mushroom burger and a small order of red potato fries. There is a large variety of sauces to choose from, including a blueberry ketchup which was pretty good. The fries were expectedly fantastic, being the focus of the restaurant. Maybe a bit pricier than I expected going in, but otherwise had a good experience. Service was quick and staff were friendly.

I had high expectations, several different types of potato cut several ways. They had only russet potatoes and pretty much like everyone else does it. If I made myself a burger like I had at Boise Fry, I would throw it out. I specifically asked for no sauce and they repeated my order back to me. Sure enough it had the nasty sauce. The restaurant also looks like a dump. I can not think of a reason for anyone to eat here unless they get joy out of writing bad reviews.

Went there today. There was another customer in front of us. Two guys at counter ready.to help us. The manager came out from the back and said they were Closed. This was 10 to noon on Saturday. I went elsewhere. Won't ever be back again.

Great place! They offer tasting profiles and verbal suggestions at the counter if you are still not sure.We ordered four different variety and cut option with our meal. It was interesting to taste them side by side.Don’t forget to visit the. Salting station with a load of different option for seasoned salts. The burgers were very tasty too. I had the bison and it was great!

First time here. Reminds.me of Mooyah burger except it has specific potatoes that you get to choose from for your fires. Had the Fungus burger ( beef/mushroom mixed) with classic toppings, bacon and pepper jack cheese. I did the Golden potatoes for my fry options. Overall good burger. I thought it was a little dry, but my daughter had the same minus lettuce, bacon and she did cheddar cheese. Staff was friendly and that also had local beers on tap too. That was a plus.

Employees are amazing. The fact that I could get my burger with no bun was a plus. Brussel sprouts, fries and sauces were yummy.

Update, 2022: went back again and the vegan options were great! This is a cool place were vegans, vegitarians, and meat eaters can have dinner together!2018: This is a unique restaurant for the dedicated Burger lover. It is also a pretty fantastic concept for any fried potato lover. The menu is pretty simple and burgers but the options are pretty fantastic. The burger that I had was delightful and my wife and child had the vegetarian option and it was awesome also. The menu was a bit confusing and had to go over it a few times with the cashier but it was worth it as the food options were great.

I ordered online tonight to celebrate my bday. When I got there, they said there was an issue with the online order and it didn’t send the ticket to the cooks. No problem! I waited for the food and was happy it would be fresh. The food was made quickly, and the employees were very nice. I drove to my house about 5 minutes away and took out the food. The fries were horrendous! They were soggy and basically a huge grease ball. I used my air fryer to salvage some, but that didn’t worked any miracles. I went to BFC because I’ve never had a bad experience. Tonight was unlike what I normally experience and it was disappointing for my bday celebration. Who has to air fry the fries they get from a restaurant known for fries?

Highly recommend BFC to anyone with Celiac! Awesome burger and fries (fried in a gluten-free fryer!). Thankful for a great gf restaurant.
